Mr. Kevin T. Walsh has been Vice President of Marketing at BSQUARE Corporation since July 13, 2015. Mr. Walsh has over 25 years of telecommunications and networking industry experience. Prior to joining Zeugma, Mr. Walsh served as Vice President of Marketing at Zeugma Systems Inc. He served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Calix Inc., a leading supplier of broadband access solutions, where he contributed to the company's stellar growth over a six-year period, where he contributed to Calix's stellar growth over a six-year period. Prior to Calix, Mr. Walsh served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Irvine Networks, a developer of TCP Offload Engines. He served as Vice-President of Marketing and Product Management at Accelerated Networks, Inc. Leading the marketing efforts of many technology startups such as broadband access supplier Accelerated Networks and LAN switching innovator Xylan Corporation, Mr. Walsh helped achieve strong growth and execute successful IPOs. He started his career as a software development engineer specializing in networking protocols. A frequent speaker at key industry events, Mr. Walsh has written a number of technical articles for industry publications. Mr. Walsh received his BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and his MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu.

Mr. Scott Bruce Caldwell has been Vice President of Business Development at BSQUARE Corporation since November 23, 2017. Mr. Caldwell served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at BSQUARE Corporation since June 18, 2016 until November 23, 2017 and served as its Interim Vice President of Worldwide Sales from May 25, 2016 to June 18, 2016. Mr. Caldwell served as Vice President of Worldwide OEM Sales at BSQUARE Corporation since 2010 until May 25, 2016, In this role Mr. Caldwell has responsibility for global sales of third party software licensing business which includes Microsoft, Adobe and McAfee products to vertical market OEMs. Mr. Caldwell has been with Bsquare since 2005 and was promoted to Vice President, Worldwide OEM Sales in 2010. He led the very first international sales expansion at Sierra Wireless creating wireless operator, OEM and distribution partnerships in South America, Europe and Asia for the Company's wireless modems. Other roles included Director of Business Development for Action Engine, establishing wireless operator and handset OEM relationships. Mr. Caldwell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Mr. Peter J. Biere has been Chief Financial Officer at BSQUARE Corporation since December 30, 2016 and has been its Secretary and Treasurer since December 2016. Mr. Biere is an operationally focused senior financial executive with a track record building value in middle market, emerging growth and early stage private and public companies, including eight years as Chief Financial Officer of two NASDAQ listed companies, Zones (now private). Mr. Biere's technology industry expertise includes R&D and services as well as software and software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. His leadership experience includes business formation, cash management, multiple-stage capital funding, business support systems, teambuilding, exit strategies including IPO and M&A, SEC reporting, SOX implementation and compliance as well as performing interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and general management assignments. Mr. Biere served as Chief Financial Officer of DreamBox Learning, Inc. since February 2013 until December 12, 2016. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Plexera Bioscience LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of GlobalScholar, Inc. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Lumera Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Lumera Corp. from August 17, 2004 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from August 17, 2004 to August 2007. He also served as Vice President of Finance of Lumera from August 2004 to August 2007 and also as its Senior Vice President of Finance since August 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer at GigOptix, Inc., (alternate name GigPeak, Inc.) until April 2009. From September 2003 to August 2004, Mr. Biere served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Entres, Inc. From February 2002 to August 2003, he provided financial consulting services. From July 1999 to January 2002, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Locate Networks, a location-based wireless service provider. From May 1993 to July 1999, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zones, Inc., where he helped lead its initial public offering. He has also held senior financial and management positions at Evergreen Collateral and Locate Networks. Mr. Biere has a B.A. in Accounting and an M.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa.

David Wagstaff serves as the Chief Technology Officer of BSQUARE. David started at BSQUARE in May of 2016. David currently resides in the Orange County, California Area.
