Mr. Timothy S. Gitzel, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Executive Officer at Cameco Corporation since July 1, 2011 and has been its President since May 14, 2010. He serves as the Chairman of AREVA Resources Canada Inc. Mr. Gitzel served as the Chairman of AREVA Resources Canada Inc. since 2001. He serves as Second Vice Chairman at The Mining Association of Canada. He has been an Independent Director of The Mosaic Company since October 2, 2013. He serves as a Director of Nuclear Energy Institute. He serves as a Director of the Canadian Nuclear Association. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Cameco Corporation since 2011. He served as a Director of Bruce Power L.P. He served as a Director of Cogema Resources since 2001. Mr. Gitzel holds a Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada.

Ms. Alice Louise Wong, ICD.D, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer at Cameco Corporation since July 2011. Ms. Wong provides executive oversight for human resources, information technology, supply chain management, safety, health, environment, quality, regulatory and government relations, communications and corporate responsibility. Ms. Wong served a Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Cameco Corp., since July 15, 2011. Ms. Wong has more than 24 years of experience with Cameco, most in the areas of investor, corporate and government relations and marketing. Ms. Wong served as Vice-President, Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Regulatory Relations at Cameco. She has been a Director of Saskenergy Incorporated since 2016. She has also obtained her Institute of Corporate Directors Designation (ICD.D). She serves on the boards of the Canadian Nuclear Association, the Saskatchewan Mining Association and Uranium Producers of America. Ms. Wong has a Masters of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Grant E. Isaac has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Cameco Corporation since July 15, 2011. Mr. Isaac served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Cameco Corp. from July 13, 2009 to July 15, 2011. Mr. Isaac joined the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and served as its Dean of the former College of Commerce from 2006 to 2009. He piloted the college through its transition to the Edwards School of Business in 2007 and is credited with attracting significant private sector support to the institution. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan and a Ph.D from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Sean Anthony Quinn has been Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Cameco Corporation since April 1, 2014. Mr. Quinn served as Vice President and Legal Counsel of Cameco Corporation from 2004 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Quinn has nearly 20 years' experience with the legal aspects of Cameco's business and industry. He joined Cameco in 1993. Mr. Quinnwas employed at McKercher, McKercher & Whitmore until 1993. He served as a Director of Bruce Power L.P. He has been a practising lawyer since 1986. Mr. Quinn received his education in Saskatoon attending the University of Saskatchewan from 1978 to 1984 and received a BA in History and an LLB.

Mr. Brian Arthur Reilly, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.B.A., P.Geo, has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice-President of Cameco Corporation since June 30, 2017. Mr. Reilly has served as Vice-President, Mining, Technology and Projects at Cameco Corporation since March 2017. He served as Managing Director of Cameco Australia Pty Ltd. since January 4, 2011, where he had overseen development of two mine projects and an extensive exploration program. He joined Cameco Corporation in 2011. Mr. Reilly served as the President of The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of WA Inc. since July 2013 until March 2017. He served as the President of Titan Uranium Inc. of Uranium Power Corp. since April 3, 2007 until January 2011 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until January 2011. Mr. Reilly has a wealth of experience in developing and producing uranium projects in Canada and abroad. He served as the Vice President - Human Resources and Industrial Relations at AREVA Resources Canada Inc. from July 2006 to March, 2007. He served as the Project Coordinator at AREVA NC from September, 2004 to June, 2006. Mr. Reilly served as Director of Titan Uranium Inc. since January 11, 2008 until January 2011. Mr. Reilly holds a BSc (Geology) from St. Francis Xavier University, an MSc in Geology from Brock University and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mandeep Ludu serves as the Director, Marketing for Cameco Corporation. Mandeep started at Cameco Corporation in October of 2017. Mandeep is based in the Greater New York City Area.
