Mr. Hanlin Chen served as the President of China Automotive Systems Inc., and served as its Chief Executive Officer since March 2003. Mr. Chen serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Genesis Holding Ltd. He served as General Manager of Shashi Jiulong Power Steering Company Ltd., from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Chen has been the Executive Chairman of China Automotive Systems Inc., since March 2003. Since 1997, Mr. Chen has been the Chairman of Henglong Automotive Parts, Ltd. Mr. Chen has been an Executive Director of China Automotive Systems Inc., since March 2003. He served as a Director of Sensor System Solutions Inc. until February 2007. He served as a Director of Spectre Industries Inc. Mr. Chen is a standing Board Member of Political Consulting Committee of Jingzhou city and Vice President of Foreign Investors Association of Hubei Province. He holds an MBA from Barrington University.

Mr. Yiu Wong Tse, also known as Andy, has been a Senior Vice President of China Automotive Systems Inc., since March 2003. Mr. Tse served as a General Manager of the Henglong and Jiulong joint ventures. He served as a Vice General Manager of Jiulong from 1993 to 1997 and the Vice General Manager of Henglong. Mr. Tse has over 10 years of experience in automotive parts sales and strategic development. He has been Chairman of the Board of Shenyang since 2003. He served as a Director of China Automotive Systems Inc., from March 2003 to May 22, 2007. Mr. Tse holds an MBA from the China People University.

Dr. Haimian Cai serves as a Vice President of China Automotive Systems Inc. Dr. Cai has served as a staff engineer in ITT Automotive Inc. Dr. Cai is a technical specialist in the automotive industry. Dr. Caihas served as a Director of China Automotive Systems Inc. from September 2003 to December 2009. Dr. Cai has more than 15 technical papers and co-authored a technical book regarding the powder of metallurgy industry for automotive application. Dr. Cai has more than 10 patents including pending patents. Dr. Cai holds a B.S. in Automotive Engineering from Tsing-Hua University and a M.S. and Ph.D in manufacturing engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
