Ms. Bing Yu, also known as Ann, has been the Chief Strategy Officer of China New Borun Corporation since January 2012. Ms. Yu has been the Chief Financial Officer of Shandong Borun at China New Borun Corporation since October 2009. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of China New Borun Corporation from 2010 to February 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From June 2007 to September 2009, Ms. Yu served as the Executive Director of Brainzoom Business Consulting Co., Ltd. From March 2006 to May 2007, Ms. Yu served as the Corporate Financial Director of Cellon International Holdings Corporation in Shenzhen, China. Prior to that, Ms. Yu served at Arthur Andersen & Co. and as a Manager of Assurance and Business Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Shenzhen. From June 1999 to March 2006, Ms. Yu served as Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen, then, at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She served as an Independent Director of Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation from July 2009 to September 1, 2010. Ms. Yu earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China in 1998. Ms. Yu is a Certified Internal Auditor, a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr. Hengxiu Song has been the Chief Operations Officer of China New Borun Corporation since 2010. Mr. Song has been a Director of Administration of Shandong Borun since April 2005. He has been a General Manager of Shandong Borun Industrial Co., Ltd., since 2011. From February 2002 to March 2005, he served as the Marketing and Purchasing Director of Shandong Borun Salt Industrial Co. Ltd., Shandong Borun's predecessor company. He has been a Director of China New Borun Corporation since June 2, 2011. He served as a Director of China New Borun Corporation until November 6, 2010. Mr. Song obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from the Capital University of Economics and Business.

Mr. Yuanqin Chen, also known as Terence, has been the Chief Financial Officer of China New Borun Corporation since January 2012 and served as its Vice President until February 6,2012. Mr. Chen served as Borun's Vice President for Finance and Financial Reporting Manager until August 2010. He worked at KPMG Huazhen in Shanghai, from July 2006 to August 2010, where he performed statutory and Sarbanes-Oxley-Act-related internal control audit, annual audit and reporting and audit for initial public offerings for various companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Mr. Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai International Studies University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University in China.
