Ms. Yu-Ying Chen serves as Vice President of Human Resource Centre at ChipMOS Technologies Inc. Mr. Lien-Fa Cho, also known as Lafair, has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Operations Center at ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. since jan 19, 2017. Mr. Cho serves as an Executive Vice President of Chipmos Taiwan at ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. since June 2015. Mr. Cho served as President of ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp., subsidiary of Chipmos Technologies (Bermuda) LTD. since December 1, 2003 until June 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. from June 2015 to January 19, 2017. Mr. Chou served as Vice President of the Memory Production Group of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. from July 2003 to August 2004. He served as Vice President of ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. from February 1, 2003 to November 30, 2003. He served as Deputy Assistant Vice President of the IC testing division of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. from April 2000 to December 2001. He served as an Assistant Vice President of the IC testing division of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. from January 2002 to January 2003 and served as its Division Director & Assistant Vice President from August 1997 to July 1997. He served as Deputy Manager of Production Material Control of Mosel Vitelic Inc. from August 1993 to July 1997. He served as Chairman of Chipmos Shanghai at ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. since January 2016 and served as its Director. Mr. Chou served as the Chairman of ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. since June 2013 until June 2015. Mr. Chou served as Deputy Chairman of ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. from June 2010 to June 2013. Mr. Chou has been a Director of the memory production group since October 2003. He served as a Director of ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. since December 30, 2002 until June 2015. He served as a Director of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES Inc. since October 2003. He holds a M.Sc., Graduate School of Industrial Management, National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan and B.Sc., Dept. of Transportation Technology and Management, National Chiao-Tung University.

Ms. Silvia Su has been Financial Officer, Accounting Officer and Senior Director of Finance & Accounting Management Center at ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. since October 01, 2017 and serves as its Director. Ms. Su holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Leeds.
