Mr. Peter J. Chase, also known as Pete, Co-Founded Purcell Systems Incorporated in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer until January 2012. Mr. Chase has been Chief Operating Officer at Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. since January 30, 2017. Mr. Chase served as the President of MPM Technologies Inc. from April 1, 2013 to May 2013. Mr. Chase served as the Chief Operating Officer of IMPCO Technologies, Inc. since March 2009. He served as Director of Engineering, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Operations and Strategy, General Manager at IMPCO Technologies, Inc. He served as a Senior Engineer of Automotive at Cummins Engine Company Australia from 2004 to 2005. He served as Specialist Engineer at General Motors Holden, Australia from 2002 to 2004. He served as the Director of Engineering ??? GFP Division, at IMPCO Technologies, Inc. in the US from 1999 to 2002 and Technical Services Manager at IMPCO Technologies (Australia) Pty. Ltd. from 1997 to 1999. He served as Product Manager, Business/Product Planning at Perkins Engines (Peterborough) Ltd. in the United Kingdom from 1995 to 1997; as Project Manager at the Gas and Fuel Corporation of Victoria in Australia from 1992 to 1995; and as Research and Development Engineer at NGV Australia from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Chase was responsible for the overall strategic direction of Purcell Systems. He managed Purcell Systems Incorporated investor relations activities, venture capital planning, finance and accounting department and human resources. Mr. Chase was also responsible for developing and implementing Purcell's marketing plan and new market development activities. Mr. Chase served as the President of Purcell Systems Incorporated until February 26,2008. Mr. Chase has 30 years of business, sales and marketing, process management and market development experience in technology growth companies. Mr. Chase has secured corporate agreements with some of the telecommunications industry's largest and most well-known players. Mr. Chase held leadership positions with Northern Technologies, ISC Systems and Itron, Inc. Mr. Chase served as the Chairman of Purcell Systems Incorporated until January 2012. He serves as a Director at Business Texter Inc. He served as a Director at MPM Technologies Inc. from April 1, 2013 to May 2013. Mr. Chase holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Gonzaga University and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Stephen John Golden, also known as Steve, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Catalytic Solutions, Inc. Dr. Golden co-founded Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. in 1996 and has been its Chief Technology Officer since October 2010 and Vice President of Business Development & Strategy since April 2012. He served as Research Director of Dreisbach Electromotive Incorporated from 1994 to 1995. He served as an Executive Director at Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. since 1996. Dr. Golden holds his Doctorate in Material Science from Imperial College in England and an extensive Post-doctoral work from the University of California and the University of Queensland, Australia in ceramic oxide and mixed metal oxide materials.

Ms. Tracy A. Kern has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. since June 1, 2016. Ms. Kern served as the Chief Financial Officer at Interlink Electronics, Inc. since June 4, 2015 until May 27, 2016. Ms. Kern has over 15 years of business experience in public accounting. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chad Therapeutics Inc. since April 1, 2004 until June 2008 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She served as Cost Accounting Manager since she joined Chad Therapeutics Inc. in January 2003. From 1997 to 2002, she served in various positions with KPMG LLP, as Audit Manager, where she executed and managed audit engagements with responsibility for client relationships. From July 2008 to April 2015, Ms. Kern was the Corporate Controller of Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation where she developed and oversaw the public reporting of a global leading provider of high performance IC solutions to Carrier, Enterprise and Internet of Things (IoT) networks. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Kern holds a B.S. in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
