Mr. Christopher Clemente is a Principal of Comstock Partners, L.C. Mr. Clemente founded Comstock Homebuilding Companies Inc., in 1985 and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1992. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development and home building and 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. He has been a Director of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc., (alternate name Comstock Homebuilding Companies Inc.) since May 2004.

Mr. Christopher L. Conover has been Chief Financial Officer of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc since September 21, 2016. Mr. Conover served as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Comstock Holding Companies, Inc since 2012 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from November 25, 2015 to September 21, 2016. From April 2002 to April 2003, Mr. Thompson served as the Vice President of Finance at Comstock Homebuilding Companies Inc. From 1995 to 1998, he served at Robert Weed & Associates, PLLC, a law firm.
