Mr. John P. Zimmer has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary at Core Molding Technologies Inc. since November 5, 2013. Mr. Zimmer served as the Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Collections, Inc. (Alternate Name: The Outsource Group) until April 2006. He has extensive experience in financial, operational and strategic planning roles, including seven years in public accounting with DeLoitte and Touche. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Mr. Zimmer held several positions with Cardinal Health, Inc. including served as its Vice President of Finance, Director of Finance and Director of Internal Audit. Mr. Zimmer served as Chief Financial Officer of Submitorder, Inc. Mr. Zimmer holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Robert P. Price, also known as Rob, has been Vice President of Operations at Core Molding Technologies, Inc. since December 7, 2016. Mr. Price served as Vice President of HS&E, Quality, Lean Enterprise & Supply Chain Powder Metallurgy at GKN Sinter Metals Inc., since December 2011. He has 25 years of manufacturing and automotive industry experience. He served as Director of North America Operations and Material Planning for AGM Automotive. Mr. Price joined GKN in 1999 as Plant Manager in Chicago and then progressed to other plant management roles in Wisconsin. In 2003 he moved into a regional role covering Program Management, Lean and Business Excellence and held additional responsibilities for Supply Chain and Tool Rooms. Prior to joining GKN he worked for Siemens, ITT Automotive and Valeo and held positions both in Operations and Quality. He served in multiple production, engineering and quality roles with Valeo Wiper Systems and served for five years as an officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Price holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Terrence J. O'Donovan, also known as Terry, has been a Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Core Molding Technologies Inc. since January 1, 2009. Mr. O'Donovan's primary responsibility is to continue to grow Core's business in both existing and new markets and to further develop and expand it's marketing and sales organization. Prior to joining Core, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for engineered products in commercial vehicle, automotive and general industrial markets at Q3 Industries from 2006 to 2008 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2006. Prior to joining Q3 Industries, he served in various management roles at Hawk Corporation, The Auld Company and The Timken Company. He has commercial vehicle and industrial background and his extensive experience in sales and marketing. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters Degree in Engineering from The University of Pittsburgh.

Eric Palomaki serves as the Vice President of Operations of Core Molding Technologies, Inc.. Eric started at Core Molding Technologies, Inc. in September of 2018. Eric currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana Area.
