Mr. Stephen E. Budorick, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Corporate Office Properties Trust since May 12, 2016. Mr. Budorick earned MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1988 and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign in 1982.

Mr. Gregory J. Thor serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at Corporate Office Properties Trust Inc. Mr. Thor served as Vice President of Corporate Office Properties Trust Inc. Mr. Thor served as Vice President and Associate Division Controller, Financial Accounting and Reporting of The Rouse Company LP since February 26, 2004. Mr. Thor joined Rouse Company LP in 1988 as Assistant Group Controller. He served as Senior Group Controller, Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting and Assistant Controller of Financial Reporting of Rouse Company. Mr. Thor is a Graduate of Loyola College with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.

Mr. Paul R. Adkins has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Corporate Office Properties Trust. since November 28, 2016. Mr. Adkins was Co-Owner at JBG Commercial Management, L.L.C. and served as its Principal of Commercial Leasing. He manage overall operations of the Corporate Office Properties Trust including asset management and leasing, property management, government services and commercial development. His responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand the Company's investment opportunities, predominantly regarding new development at existing Defense/IT locations. He served as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of D.C. Region at Grubb & Ellis Company since January 2010. He served as the President at Carr Real Estate Services, Inc. since 2002. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Managing Director of Private Capital. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Carramerica's Senior Vice President, Market Managing Director for Washington, D.C. He was with Carramerica Realty Corp. for over 17seventeen years and held positions including serving as Vice President of Acquisitions from May 1994 to August 1996. Prior to that, he served in a variety of other capacities with Carramerica Realty Corp., with over twelve years in commercial real estate leasing. He has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience. He is a Member of the District of Columbia's Building Industry Association and Northern Virginia's National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. Mr. Adkins holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bucknell University in 1981.

Mr. Anthony Mifsud has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Office Properties Trust since February 4, 2015. Mr. Mifsud served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Corporate Office Properties Trust since January 2011 until February 4, 2015. He served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of Corporate Office Properties Trust. He his team are responsible for facilitating tactical and strategic planning and decision making, financial modeling and competitive analyses for Corporate Office Properties Trust. He has over 20 years of real estate, finance and management experience. Prior to joining COPT in September 2007, Mr. Mifsud served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC from September 2005 to September 2007. He was responsible for the allocation/investment of equity & debt capital. From January 2005 to September 2005, he served as the Vice President of Financial Management at Enterprise Social Investment Corporation. He joined Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC in September 2005. He served with The Rouse Company from 1990 to 2005. While with The Rouse Company, he held numerous leadership roles. He served at The Rouse Company as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, responsible for raising capital in the forms of mortgage loans, venture agreements and corporate debt. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
