Mr. Grant C. Bennett has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of CPS Technologies Corp. (formerly Ceramics Process Systems Corp.) since September 1992. Mr. Bennett served as the Principal Financial Officer at CPS Technologies Corp. until October 3, 2011. Mr. Bennett served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales of Ceramics Process Systems Corp., from November 1985 to September 1992. Before joining CPS, Mr. Bennett was a consultant at Bain & Company, a Boston-based management consulting firm. Mr. Bennett has been a Director of CPS Technologies Corp. since September 1992. He has a BA from the University of Utah and an MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Ralph M. Norwood has been the Chief Financial Officer of CPS Technologies Corp. since September 2011. Mr. Norwood served as the President and Principal at Navigator Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Norwood joined Satcon Technology Corp. in February 2002 and serves as its Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from February 2002 to February 01, 2005. Prior to Satcon Technology Corp., he served as an independent financial consultant from June 2000 until February 2002. From 1976 to June 2000, Mr. Norwood was employed by the Polaroid Corporation, an instant imaging company and manufacturer of instant cameras, where he served in several financial positions including as Vice President and Corporate Controller from 1989 to 1996 and as Vice President and Treasurer from 1996 until his departure in June 2000. Mr. Norwood is a Certified Public Accountant and received his M.B.A. degree from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He is also a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
