Dr. Subodh K. Kulkarni, Ph.D. has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of CyberOptics Corp. since February 1, 2014. Dr. Kulkarni served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of OEM and Emerging Business at Imation Corp. from August 2009 to June 2012. He served as Senior Vice President Of Global Commercial Business at Imation Corp. since June 2009. Dr. Kulkarni served as Vice President of Global Commercial Business, R&D and Manufacturing at Imation Corp. from August 2007 to June 2009. He served as Vice President of Research and Development at Imation Corp. from March 1, 2006 to August, 2007 and served as its Vice President of Manufacturing from October 19, 2006 to August, 2007. He began his technical career with IBM in 1989 as a Research Engineer responsible for the development of semiconductors and new processes in integrated circuit fabrication. Dr. Kulkarni served at 3M Company since 1992 as Senior Research Engineer in 3M's Graphic Research Laboratory, leading the development of new imaging technology. In 1996, he became Imation's Manager of the Advanced Technology Center before moving to the data storage organization in 1998 to lead the Magnetic Media Development Center and served as an Executive Director for Media Product and Technology Development since September 2004. He served as Executive Chairman of CyberOptics Corp. since September 18, 2013 until February 2014 and its Lead Director since December 2012 until September 18, 2013. He has been a Director of CyberOptics Corp. since December 4, 2009. He holds seven U.S. patents and his research on silicon surface chemistry and application in integrated circuit fabrication is published in multiple technical publications. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology. Dr. Kulkarni holds MS and PhD Degrees in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Timothy Skunes serves as Vice President of Technology and Business Development at CyberOptics Corp. Timothy Skunes served as Director of Product Development at CyberOptics Corporation from 2003 to May 2010. Timothy Skunes served as Vice President of Systems Development at Avanti Optics Corporation from 1999 to 2003. Timothy Skunes served as Research Manager of CyberOptics Corporation from 1997 to 1999. Timothy Skunes has M.EE. in Optics and Electrical Engineering from University of Minnesota.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Bertelsen has been the Chief Financial Officer at Cyberoptics Corp. since July 2005 and Chief Operating Officer since February 21, 2014. He has been Vice President of Finance at Cyberoptics Corp. since July 2005 and its Secretary since February 2016. Mr. Bertelsen served as Vice President at Cyberoptics Corp. He served as an Executive Vice President of Administration/Operations at Cyberoptics Corp. He served as Corporate Controller and Treasurer of Brocade Services Corporation since December 1996. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Assistant Secretary of McDATA Services Corporation. He served as Controller from March 1995 to December 1996 at McDATA Services Corporation. From 1985 to March 1995, he was employed by KPMG LLP where he served as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Bertelsen is a Graduate of the University of Minnesota. He qualified as Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP.
