Mr. Svein Moxnes Harfjeld, also known as Arnet has been Co-Chief Executive Officer of DHT Holdings, Inc. since June 23, 2014 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since September 1, 2010 and served as its President since September 1, 2010. Mr. Harfjeld has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and proven track record in the shipping industry. Mr. Harfjeld served as the Chief Executive Officer of BW Offshore Limited from August, 2005 to September 1, 2008 and also served as its Managing Director. Mr. Harfjeld served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of World-Wide Shipping at BW Offshore. He served as Chief Executive Officer of APL and worked at Norsk Hydro in a variety of positions including business development, operations and projects. Mr. Harfjeld joined Bergesen d.y. ASA in 2004 as a Member of the board of management and Director of Business Development and Administration, a role that also included the responsibility for its Offshore division. He has held numerous senior management positions with companies such as Andhika Group, Coeclerici and Mitsui O.S.K. He started his shipping career with Torvald Klaveness Group in Norway. He serves as a Non-executive Director of V. Ships group and GAC. He served as an Executive Director of BW Offshore Limited. He served as a Director of Bergesen dy. He served as a Director of Nexus Floating Production Ltd. Mr. Harfjeld participated in executive management programs at INSEAD.

Mr. J. Stephen Eglin serves as Director of Chartering & Operations of DHT Holdings, Inc. Mr. Eglin joined DHT in 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in the shipping industry. He joined DHT after 12 years in Frontline where he served first as Chartering Manager for 4 years and later as Director of Chartering Department for 8 years. Prior to joining Frontline Management in 2002, he served as a Tanker Broker with Fearnleys A/S in Oslo for 13 years.

Mr. Svenn Magne Edvardsen has been the Technical Director of DHT Holdings, Inc. since December 2010. Mr. Edvardsen joined DHT in 2010. Mr. Edvardsen has over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry. He joined DHT from Frontline where he served as Fleet Manager. Has sailed at ranks up to chief engineer on oil tankers and has been a surveyor with Det Norske Veritas. He has further been technical superintendent for offshore vessels and managed a ship repair modification yard.

Mr. Eirik Uboe has been the Chief Financial Officer of DHT Holdings, Inc. (also known as DHT Maritime, Inc.) since 2005. Mr. Uboe has been involved in international accounting and finance for approximately 20 years, which includes time spent in ship finance and as the chief financial officer for companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. From March 2002 to December 2004, Mr. Uboe served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nutri Pharma ASA. Mr. Uboe served as Interim Chief Operating Officer of Nutri Pharma Asa since October 2002 and as Chief Executive Officer since March 12, 2003. He served as Managing Director of Nutri Pharma Asa. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Uboe worked in various positions at Schibsted Group, including as the Finance Director and as Chief Financial Officer of its newspaper initiative in Switzerland, France and Spain. Mr. Uboe also served as a Vice President in the Corporate Finance and Ship Finance departments of various predecessors to JPMorgan Chase both in New York and Oslo for a total of eight years. Mr. Uboe holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
