Mr. Robert Ross, also known as Bob, has been Chief Financial Officer of Differential Brands Group Inc. since January 30, 2017. Mr. Ross has more than 20 years of finance and operations experience. Mr. Ross served as Chief Financial Officer of Nasty Gal, Inc. Mr. Ross served as Executive Director of Finance at Urban Outfitters Inc. since 2009 until March 5, 2010 and as its Principal Accounting Officer until March 5, 2010. He served as Consultant of Urban Outfitters Inc. For more than 12 years, Mr. Ross held various financial and operational executive roles at Urban Outfitters. Mr. Ross served as the Chief Financial Officer at ideeli, Inc. since June 2010. Mr. Ross leads ideeli's finance team and was responsible for its financial management and business strategy. He was one of the driving forces behind the creation and success of Urban Outfitters' global finance team. Mr. Ross joined Urban Outfitters in October 1997. Mr. Ross served as Controller of Urban Outfitters Inc. since 1999. Mr. Ross served as the Controller for American Appliance, Inc. Previous to his 20-year tenure in the retail industry, Mr. Ross worked in the public accounting sector, audit and advisory services. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Drexel University. Mr. Ross obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in 1994.

Mr. Andrew Berg has been President of Robert Graham at Differential Brands Group Inc. since April 2016. Before joining Robert Graham, Mr. Berg served as Senior Vice President of Menswear at Theory, where he led the global Theory Men's organization to significant sales and profit growth across the wholesale, retail, ecommerce and international channels. He refined and elevated the brand's positioning and launched new product categories including footwear, accessories, formalwear and Theory+. Previously, he worked with other leading global brands including Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie & Fitch and Gap, Inc. He has 20-year proven track record.

Anita Besharat serves as the Head of Human Resources for Differential Brands Group Inc.. Anita started at Differential Brands Group Inc. in August of 2017. Anita is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
