Thomas C. McGraw has served as Director of FNB Bancorp (the Company) since 2001 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and First National Bank of Northern California (First National Bank) since April 2002. He was Secretary of the Company and First National Bank from 2001 to 2011 and 1989 to 2011 respectively. Director of First National Bank since 1989, and President and Chief Operating Officer of First National Bank from October 2001 until April 2002. Formerly, self-employed communications Consultant in San Mateo and Marin Counties, since 1987.

Mr. Randy R. Brugioni has been Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the FNB BanCorp and its subsidiary, First National Bank of Northern California since 2002 and served as its Senior Loan Officer since 2002. Mr. Brugioni joined FNB BanCorp in 1989 as a management trainee and continued in the lending area since 1991. Mr. Brugioni graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics in 1989.

Mr. Jim D. Black has been the President of FNB BanCorp and its subsidiary First National Bank of Northern California since April 01, 2002. Mr. Black served as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of First National Bank and an employee since 1981. Mr. Black has been Director of FNB BanCorp and First National Bank of Northern California, a subsidiary of FNB BanCorp since March 2002.

Mr. Anthony J. Clifford has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of FNB Bancorp and First National Bank of Northern California since April 01, 2002. Mr. Clifford served as Vice President and Branch Administrator of First National Bank since 1995; Vice President and Branch Manager of First National Bank since 1990 and Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of First National Bank since 1983. Mr. Clifford has been Director of FNB Bancorp and First National Bank of Northern California, a subsidiary of FNB Bancorp since March 2002. He serves as Director of First National Bank of Northern California.

Mr. David A. Curtis, also known as Dave, serves as Principal Accounting Officer at FNB Bancorp. Mr. Curtis has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FNB Bancorp and First National Bank of Northern California since December 15, 2006. He was employed by Capital Corp. of the West, Merced, California, the holding company for County Bank. He served as a Senior Vice President and Controller of Capital Corp. of the West, the holding company for County Bank in Merced, California, from 1997 to 2006. Mr. Curtis became Certified Public Accountant in 1986 and earned his MBA from CSU Stanislaus.
