Mr. Kirk J. Meche has been the Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. since January 1, 2013 and as its President since January 2009 and served as its Secretary. Mr. Meche served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Gulf Island Fabrication since September 9, 2016 until January 3, 2017. Mr. Meche served as the Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. since January 2009 until December 2012 and as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from April 1, 2013 to May 13, 2013. Mr. Meche served as President of Southport, Inc., a former wholly owned subsidiary of Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. from December 1999 to February 2001 and as Vice President of Operations of Southport, Inc. from February 1999 to December 1999. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Gulf Marine Fabricators from February 2006 to October 2006. He served as Project Manager for Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. from 1996 to 1999. He served in various capacities with McDermott Fabrication and Shipyard from 1985 to 1996 including Structural Engineer, Hull Engineering Supervisor and Project Manager. He has been a Director at Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. since July 2012. He has been a Director of National Ocean Industries Association since April 21, 2016. Mr. Meche received his B.S. degree in Engineering Design from Louisiana State University in 1985.

Mr. Christian G. Vaccari serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at LEEVAC Shipyards Jennings, LLC. and LEEVAC Shipyards, LLC. Mr. Vaccari has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Cari Investment Company since 1989. He served as the General Partner of Audubon Capital Fund I, L.P at Audubon Capital. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc. from June 1997 to February 2002. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Vaccari served as Director of Corporate Development and Marketing for JAMO, Inc. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Vaccari served as an investment advisor with Thomson McKinnon, Inc. He has been the Chairman of the Board at Bizzuka, Inc. since March 2011. He served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc. from June 1997 to February 2002. Since July 1997, Mr. Vaccari has been a Director of Riverbarge Excursion Lines, Inc. and since October 1999. He has been a Director at Bizzuka, Inc. since 2004. He serves as a Director at Guaranty Bank. Mr. Vaccari serves as a board designee of Cari Investment Company in accordance with a stockholders' agreement. He served as Chief Financial Officer of GR Energy Services Management, L.P. served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. from 2004 to 2015. Mr. Schorlemer served as Vice President of Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. Mr. Schorlemer served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Stallion Oilfield Holdings GP, LLC, the general partner of Stallion predecessor, since September 2004. From July 2002 to September 2004, Mr. Schorlemer served as Vice President for Marketing and Strategic Planning at Key Energy Services, Inc. until 2004. From 1997 to July 2002, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Q Services, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, he was at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked on a variety of projects for numerous oil and natural gas companies, including Shell Oil Company, Conoco, PEMEX and Tenneco and served as its Project Manager from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Schorlemer serves as a Director of Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. He served as Director of Stallion Oilfield Holdings GP, LLC. Mr. Schorlemer earned his BBA at the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA at Texas A&M University.
