Mr. Raymond T. Crosier, also known as Ray, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Financial Services of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. since March 8, 2017. Mr. Crosier serves as the President of Mortgage Harmony Corp. Mr. Crosier served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Online Resources Corp. from December 15, 2009 to April 2010. Mr. Crosier served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Online Resources Corp. from January 2001 to April 2010. He joined Online Resources Corporation in January 1996 and served as Senior Vice President of Client Services. He has 30 years of experience with the financial services industry. Before joining Online Resources Corp., he served as Vice President of Sales and Customer Service for TeleCheck International from 1990 to 1996. He served as the Chairman of The Electronic Funds Transfer Association and serves as its Member of the Board of Directors. He served in a variety of other management positions at TeleCheck, including its national account division from 1989 to 1990 and its regional marketing divisions from 1977 to 1989. Mr. Crosier holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Stuart Benson has been Chief Financial Officer at Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. since November 2016 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Benson is a seasoned finance and accounting officer with over 25 years' experience. From 2008 to August 2016, Mr. Benson served as a Senior Vice President of Finance for A+E Network's International division (a Hearst and Disney company). From 1997 to 2006, Mr. Benson served as a Controller and Vice President of Finance, from 2006 to 2008, Chief Financial Officer of Sundance Channel LLC. Mr. Benson began his career in 1982 as a senior accountant with J. H. Cohn and Company in New Jersey. Mr. Benson received a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Parthasarathy Krishnan, also known as Pat, has been Chief Innovation Officer of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. since January 20, 2017. Mr. Krishnan served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. from April 1, 2016 to January 20, 2017. From May 2013 to March 2016, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Ciberoc Corporation. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. since April 1, 2016 until January 20, 2017. From February 2006 to April 2013, Mr. Krishnan served as the Chief Technology Officer of HMIT, spearheading the establishment of the managed services practice for financial clients and providing strategic direction and positioning the Analytics practice. Mr. Krishnan is a Technology Entrepreneur with a proven track record of creating value through start-up ideas and the ability to convert business problems into feasible technology road maps. Mr. Krishnan's expertise includes Cyber Security, Continuous Authentication, Image Processing using Cellular Automata & Symbolic Computing, Big Data Analytics (Hadoop), Low Latency Computing, Cloud Computing, Product Architecture & Development, Market Analysis, Solution Delivery, team building and mentoring. Mr. Krishnan architected solutions, mentored teams and interfaced with customers during his tenure. Mr. Krishnan has co-authored and presented papers in IEEE conferences on Voice biometrics and speaker recognition. Mr. Krishnan has six patents to his credit in Data Security. He served as the Chairman of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. since April 1, 2016 until November 9, 2016.
