Dr. Michael J. McGinley, PhD., has been the President of Biologicals & Pharmaceuticals at Heska Corporation since February 24, 2013. Mr. Napolitano served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Heska Corporation from May 2002 to September 28, 2016. Prior to Heska Corp., Mr. Napolitano served a Financial Consultant. He served as Secretary of Heska Corporation from May 2002 to December 2006. From 1990 to 2001, he held various positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, an investment bank, including Vice President in health care investment banking and Director in mergers & acquisitions. He holds a B.S. degree from Yale University.

Mr. Steven M. Eyl has been Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Heska Corporation since September 28, 2016. Mr. Eyl served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations at Heska Corporation from May 2013 to September 28, 2016. He has an extensive background in medical technology sales. He was a Principal of Eyl Business Services, a consulting firm, from January 2012 to May 2013. He served as President of Sound Technologies, Inc. (Sound) from 2000 to 2011, including after Sound's acquisition by VCA Antech, Inc. in 2004. Mr. Eyl is a graduate of Indiana University.

Dr. Nancy Wisnewski, Ph.D., has been Executive Vice President of Diagnostic Operations and Product Development at Heska Corporation since September 28, 2016. Dr. Wisnewski served as Executive Vice President of Product Development and Customer Support at Heska Corporation from April 2011 to September 28, 2016. Dr. Wisnewski served as Vice President of Product Development and Technical Customer Service at Heska Corp. since December 2006. Dr. Wisnewski served as Vice President of Research and Development at Heska Corp. from January 2006 to November 2006. Dr. Wisnewski served as Senior Director of Research and Development from April 2001 to December 2005. Dr. Wisnewski held various positions in Heska's Research and Development organization between 1993 and 2001. Dr. Wisnewski received a Doctorate in Parasitology and Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Biology from Lafayette College.

Ms. Catherine Grassman has been Corporate Controller at Heska Corporation since January 2017 and has been its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since December 1, 2017. Ms. Grassman served at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for 15 years and served as Senior Manager. She is licensed in Colorado as a Certified Public Accountant and possesses a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelors of Accounting.

Mr. Rodney A. Lippincott, also known as Rod, has been an Executive Vice President of Companion Animal Health Sales at Heska Corporation since February 24, 2013. From July 2011 to February 2013, Mr. Lippincott was employed by Cuattro, LLC as Vice President of Sales ' US Veterinary and sold exclusively on behalf of Cuattro Veterinary USA, LLC. HE held various positions including Sales Director for Sound Technologies, Inc., a unit of VCA Antech, Inc., from September 2007 to June 2011. Prior to entering the animal health market, heMr. Lippincott spent 13.5 years employed by Smith Micro Software, Inc. and held positions including US and International Sales Manager and Director of Marketing. Mr. Lippincott attended Saddleback College and completed the Executive Education Marketing Management Program at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.

From July 2011 to February 2013, Mr. Asakowicz served at Cuattro, LLC as Vice President of Sales ' US Veterinary and sold exclusively on behalf of Cuattro Veterinary USA, LLC. Previously,. Asakowicz served as Sales Director for Sound Technologies, Inc. (Sound) from November 2002 to June 2011, including after Sound was acquired by VCA Antech, Inc. in 2004. Prior to entering the animal health market, Mr. Asakowicz spent 3.5 years employed by Smith Micro Software, Inc. as a Sales Manager and spent 7.5 years employed by AirTouch Cellular and PacTel Cellular (currently Verizon Wireless) as a Corporate Account Executive. Mr. Asakowicz holds a B.A. degree from San Diego State University

Rod Lippincott serves as the Executive VP - Companion Animal Health Sales at Heska Corporation/Cuattro Veterinary USA of Heska Corporation. Rod started at Heska Corporation in Feb of 2013. Rod currently resides in the Orange County, California Area.
