Mr. John G. Murray has been Executive Vice President at RMR Group LLC since 2001. Mr. Murray has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) since 1996 and its Assistant Secretary since 2008 and serves as its Principal Executive Officer. Mr. Murray serves as an Executive Vice President of Reit Management & Research LLC at Hospitality Properties Trust. He was senior vice president of RMR LLC from 1993 to 2001. Mr. Murray served as the President, Principal Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Secretary of HPT SN Holding, Inc. He served as Secretary of Hospitality Properties Trust. He served in various capacities for RMR and its affiliates for over five years. Mr. Murray was the chief financial officer and treasurer of HPT from 1995 to 1996. He has served in various capacities with RMR LLC and its affiliates since 1993. Since 2014, Mr. Murray has been a member of the board of directors of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, or AH&LA, representing the owners' segment of the AH&LA. Prior to joining RMR LLC, Mr. Murray was employed at Fidelity Brokerage Services Inc. and at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Adam David Portnoy is one of Managing Trustees of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust. Mr. Portnoy has also served as a Managing Director of The RMR Group Inc. (???RMR Group???) and its President and Chief Executive Officer since 2015. Mr. Portnoy has been President and Chief Executive Officer of RMR since 2015 and was a Director of RMR from 2006 until June 5, 2015 when RMR became a majority owned subsidiary of RMR Group and RMR Group became RMR's managing member. Mr. Portnoy is an owner, Trustee and officer of ABP Trust, the controlling shareholder of RMR Group Mr. Portnoy has been a Director and the President of RMR Advisors LLC since 2007 and Chief Executive Officer of RMR Advisors LLC since 2015. Mr. Portnoy has been a Director and the President of Tremont Realty Advisors LLC since 2016. Mr. Portnoy serves as a managing Trustee of Hospitality Properties Trust (since 2007), Senior Housing Properties Trust (since 2007), Government Properties Income Trust (???GOV???) (since 2009), Select Income REIT (since 2011), RMR Real Estate Income Fund (???RIF???), including its predecessor funds (since 2009), and Tremont Mortgage Trust (since 2017). Mr. Portnoy has been an owner and Director of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation since 2012, and served as President of RIF from 2007 to 2015 and as President of GOV from 2009 to 2011. He has been a Director of TravelCenters of America LLC since December 31, 2017. Mr. Portnoy was a managing Trustee of Equity Commonwealth from 2006 until 2014 and served as its President from 2011 to 2014. Prior to joining RMR in 2003, Mr. Portnoy held various positions in the finance industry and public sector, including working as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and working in private equity at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and at the International Finance Corporation (a Member of The World Bank Group). Mr. Portnoy currently serves as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Massachusetts, and previously served on the Board of trustees of Occidental College.

Mr. Ethan S. Bornstein serves as Senior Vice President at RMR Group LLC. Mr. Bornstein is responsible for all hotel asset management activities at The RMR Group. Mr. Bornstein has been the Senior Vice President of Reit Management & Research LLC - Investment Manager of Hospitality Properties Trust since 2006. He has been Senior Vice President at Hospitality Properties Trust since 2008. He served as a Vice President of Hospitality Properties Trust since 1999 and also served as Vice President of RMR, a subsidiary of Hospitality Properties Trust. Prior to joining The RMR Group in 1999, he practiced accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. He is also a member of the Hotel Asset Managers Association and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
