Mr. Daryl G. Byrd has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Iberiabank Corp. since July 2000 and July 1999 respectively. Mr. Byrd has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the IberiaBank since July 1999. He served as President of IBERIABANK fsb. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank One New Orleans Region from 1998 to 1999 and Executive Vice President of First Commerce Corporation from 1992 to 1998. He has been an Executive Director of Iberiabank Corp. and Iberiabank since 1999. Mr. Byrd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Samford University in 1976 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1978.

Mr. Jefferson G. Parker, also known as Jeff, has been a Vice Chairman IberiaBank Corporation since September 2009 and serves as its Director of Capital Markets and IR. Mr. Parker served as Managing Director of Brokerage, Trust & Wealth Management at IberiaBank Corp. since September 2009. He served as Senior Vice President and Head Trader of Scotia Howard Weil Incorporated of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., Research Division. Mr. Parker served as President of Scotia Howard Weil Incorporated from 2004 to January 31, 2009. He served as Manager of Brokerage, Trust & Wealth Management at IberiaBank Corp. since September 2009. He served as a Director of Iberiabank Corp. and its subsidiary, IberiaBank since 2001. Mr. Parker has been a Private investor since February 1, 2009.

Mr. Anthony J. Restel has been Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IBERIABANK Corporation since February 2005 and serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Restel joined First National Bank of Commerce, New Orleans in 1995 as Assistant Vice President of Energy Group Corporate Banking. He joined Bank One Louisiana in 1998 as Vice President of Energy & Utilities and Group Commercial Lending Officer. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of IBERIABANK Corporation since 2001.

Mr. Michael Scott Price has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at IberiaBank Corporation and its subsidiary, IBERIABANK since June 18, 2012. From 2006 to June 18, 2012, Mr. Price served as Senior Vice President, Director of Accounting Policy and Close-out at Regions Financial Corporation. He participated at IberiaBank Corp. in its development of corporate strategy, execution of accounting policy and preparation of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Michael J. Brown has been a Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of IberiaBank Corp., since September 2009. Mr. Brown serves as Chief Operating Officer of IBERIABANK. Mr. Brown joined IberiaBank in 1999. He served as the President of New Orleans Market and Regional Markets at IberiaBank Corp. He also served as the President of New Orleans Market and Commercial Segment Leader of Iberiabank. He was responsible for managing the banks' markets, which include Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Tennessee and Florida. He served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Iberiabank since January 2001. He served as the Chief Credit Officer of IberiaBank Corp. from January 2001 to December 2006, Senior Executive Vice President since January 2001 and Executive Vice President since December 1999. Prior to that, he served in several senior roles with Bank One Louisiana, including Chief Credit Officer from 1998 to 1999. From 1996 to 1998, he served as Senior Vice President, Manager of Credit and Client Services of First Commerce Corporation. He has been Vice Chairman of Iberiabank since September 2009. He has been a Director of Amerisafe, Inc. since November 11, 2014. He served as a Director of IberiaBank Corp and IberiaBank. Mr. Brown is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. J. Randolph Bryan, also known as Randy, has been Director of Business Transforamtion of IBERIABANK Corporation since July 2017. Mr. J. Randolph Bryan has been Executive Vice President of IBERIABANK Corporation since July 2017. Mr. Bryan served as the Chief Risk Officer of IBERIABANK Corporation from July 23, 2012 to July 2017. Mr. Bryan served as a Director of Strategic Initiatives and Mergers & Acquisitions at IBERIABANK Corporation and its subsidiary IberiaBank from April 2012 to July 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President at IBERIABANK. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of First Southern Bank (Boca Raton, FL) of First Southern BanCorp. Inc. from February 2010 to 2012. Mr. Bryan served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of First Trust Corporation/Corporate Capital from 2008 to 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Hibernia's sales arena and has led such diverse operations as delivery channel management, information technology and merger integration. He served as Chief Operating Officer for the Foster Corporation. He served as Productivity Manager and Financial Analyst for Citibank. Mr. Bryan's banking career has been at Capital One/Hibernia National Bank, where he held a number of different leadership roles over a 13-year period, including responsibility for Capital One's Banking Sales Arena, which included marketing and delivery channel management, national direct banking, customer experience, corporate communications and public relations. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Mr. Bryan is a graduate of the general management program at Harvard University and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Mr. Christopher Lebato, also known as Chris, has been Senior Vice President and Retail Market Manager of IBERIABANK since July 2016 and IberiaBank Corp. since August 2016. Mr. Lebato oversee operation, staffing and business development across the New Orleans Market branch network at IBERIABANK. Mr. Lebato has ten years of banking experience in both Retail and Commercial banking. Mr. Lebato was hired by IBERIABANK to open the flagship St. Charles Avenue Branch in 2012, and served as a Commercial Relationship Manager. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Youth Empowerment Project, a Board Member and Treasurer for Network Volunteers, a Member of the New Orleans Young Leadership Council. Mr. Lebato is also a member of the 2017 class of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute and received his Certified Commercial Investment Membership designation. Mr. Lebato is a graduate of The Committee for a Better New Orleans' 2014 Bryan Bell Metropolitan Leadership Forum. Mr. Lebato is a graduate of Spring Hill College.
