Mr. Darrel T. Anderson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of IdaCorp, Inc. since May 1, 2014. Mr. Anderson has been the President of Idaho Power Company since January 1, 2012 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2014. He served as Executive Vice President of Administrative Services at IdaCorp, Inc. from October 1, 2009 to December 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of IdaCorp, Inc. since March 1, 2002. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of IDACORP Inc., and Idaho Power until May 20, 2010. Mr. Anderson served as Senior Vice President of Administrative Services of IDACORP Inc., from July 1, 2004 to October 1, 2009 and Idaho Power Company from July 1, 2004 to October 1, 2009. He served as Executive Vice President of Administrative Services of Idaho Power Company from October 1, 2009 to December 2011 and its Chief Administrative Officer since July 1, 2004. Mr. Anderson served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of IDACORP Inc. and Idaho Power Company from May 5, 1999 to July 1, 2004. He served as a Vice President of Idaho Power Co. from March 1, 2002 to July 1, 2004 and IDACORP Inc. until July 1, 2004. He served as Corporate Controller at Applied Power Corp. from January 25, 1999 to May 5, 1999. In 1998, he moved to Lacey, Wash., where he served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations at Applied Power Corp., an IDACORP subsidiary that developed solar photovoltaic systems from June 5, 1998 to January 25, 1999 and its Corporate Controller from February 26, 1996 to June 5, 1998. He returned to Idaho Power in January 1999. He served as Senior Manager of audit services for a big five professional services firm. In this capacity he was a firm-designated specialist in electric and gas utility operations. He serves as Director of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, Inc. He has been a Director of Idacorp, Inc. since September 19, 2013 and Idaho Power Company since September 2013. He serves as a Director of IDACOMM Inc. Mr. Anderson graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Accounting and Finance. He is a licensed CPA in Oregon (inactive).

Mr. Steven R. Keen, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of IdaCorp, Inc. since May 1, 2014 and has been its Treasurer since June 1, 2006. Mr. Keen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Idaho Power Company since January 1, 2014 and has been its Treasurer since June 1, 2006. Mr. Keen served as Senior Vice President of Finance at IdaCorp, Inc. since January 2012. Mr. Keen served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Idaho Power Company from January 2012 to January 1, 2014. He served as Vice President of Finance at IdaCorp, Inc. since May 20, 2010. He served as Vice President of Finance at Idaho Power Company from May 20, 2010 to January 2012. Mr. Keen served as a Vice President at IdaCorp, Inc. since June 1, 2006. Mr. Keen served as the President of IDACORP Financial Services, a subsidiary of Idaho Power from September 8, 1998 to May 31, 2007. He serves as Secretary and Treasurer of Idaho Housing and Finance Association and has been its Member of Board of Commissioners since July 1, 2008. Mr. Keen is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Idaho. He graduated with high honors in 1981 from Idaho State University in Pocatello with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting.

Mr. Kenneth W. Petersen, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Accounting Officer of IdaCorp, Inc., since May 20, 2010. Mr. Petersen has been Vice President of IdaCorp, Inc., since January 1, 2014 and has been its Controller since January 2014. He has been Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of Idaho Power Company (IPC) since May 20, 2010, January 1, 2014 and December 29, 2007 respectively. Mr. Petersen also served as an Executive Officer at IdaCorp, Inc. He served as Controller of Delivery at Idaho Power Company from 2000 to 2007 and its Finance Team Leader from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Petersen is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and computer information systems from Boise State University. He also earned his Master of Business Administration from Boise State, graduating with honors. Additionally, he is a graduate of the University of Idaho's Public Utility Executive course and Boise State's Management and Supervisory Series.

Lisa A. Grow assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Idaho Power Co. (???Idaho Power???) in March 2017. Prior to this position, she was Senior Vice President of Operations for Idaho Power since January 2016. She has also served as Senior Vice President of Power Supply (???Power Supply???). She began her career at Idaho Power in 1987 and held many engineering positions before moving into management. In 2005, she was named Vice President of Delivery Engineering and Operations, and she assumed the role of Vice President of Power Supply in 2009. She graduated from the University of Idaho in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University in 2008. She is involved in a number of industry groups, currently or previously serving on various committees and boards associated with the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), Northwest Power Pool (NWPP), National Hydro Association, and Pacific Northwest Utilities Conference Committee. She is also a current Member of the University of Idaho Foundation Board and the College of Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Idaho and past Member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Boise State University. She also serves on the Board of the Idaho Chapter of the American Heart Association.
