Mr. Richard L. Fogel, also known as Rich, serves as the Vice President of Law at Information Services Group, Inc. Mr. Fogel is the General Counsel at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin LLC. Mr. Fogel served as General Counsel and Vice President of Law at ISG Information Services Group Americas, Inc. Prior to TPI, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Motivity Incorporated. Mr. Fogel worked in the Tax Practice at Coopers & Lybrand where he utilized his skills as a Certified Public Accountant in Transactional Tax Planning.

Mr. David E. Berger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Information Services Group, Inc. since October 05, 2009. Mr. Berger serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at STA Consulting. He served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Nielsen Holdings plc from August 2005 to June 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Nielsen Holdings plc since August 2005 and also served as its Executive Officer of Controlling for USA. He also served as Head of Finance Transformation initiative at The Nielsen Company B.V and Principal Accounting Officer of Nielsen Finance LLC. He served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Investor Relations with The Nielsen Company. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Nielsen Corporate and Global Controller of Nielsen Corporate at The Nielsen Company (Japan) KK. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Nielsen Company's U.S. operations. Mr. Berger joined The Nielsen Company in 2001 from Simon & Schuster, where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Development. He began his professional career with the public accounting firm of Touche Ross and Company. Previously, he worked for American National Can Company and served as its Chief Financial Officer of one of its largest divisions. He serves as Chairman of Supervisory Board at Experton Group AG. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Berger is a graduate with Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Todd Dreger is Partner of Information Services Group, Inc. and serves as its Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer. A business strategist and turnaround expert, Mr. Dreger has more than 20 years of internal and external sourcing experience that spans all aspects of information technology and business processes. His perspective has been shaped by stints as a sourcing procurer, service provider and advisor. He develops creative yet practical strategies and solutions that preserve a corporation's culture while navigating challenging economic conditions. He has served clients in India, Israel, Eastern Europe and Central, North and South America. He has a Bachelor's Degree in strategic management from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
