Mr. Adam May has been Senior Vice President of Sales at Insignia Systems, Inc. since July 26, 2017. Mr. Jeffrey Jagerson, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Insignia Systems, Inc. since July 17, 2017. Mr. Jagerson has 29 years of accounting and finance experience. Mr. Scott Simerlein has been Senior Vice President of Technology & Operations at Insignia Systems, Inc since September 2014. Mr. Simerlein served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Brick, Inc. (Also known as, Grocery Shopping Network, Inc.). He has an exceptionally diverse technology, development, operations, infrastructure, project and process background and is a proven leader in innovation and transformational change. His prior experience includes Vice President of Technology & Process Improvement at the North American Membership Group. There he established the Information Technology Group and Project office from the ground up, led strategic planning and process re-engineering efforts for the entire company, was involved in several M&A transitions and supported 300% growth in 5 years. He has been involved in extensive senior level consulting work for start-up and program management. In his career, he served in leadership positions in the US Air Force including development, systems and project management related positions at a variety of locations including the Air Force Systems Command. Mr. Simerlein received his MBA degree from the University of Dayton and is a graduate of Duke University.
