Mr. Jeremy R. Whitaker has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lantronix, Inc. since September 26, 2011 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from November 18, 2015 to December 7, 2015. Mr. Whitaker served as Secretary of Lantronix, Inc. since Septamber 26, 2011. He served as Director of Finance at Lantronix, Inc. from August 2005 to February 2006. He served briefly as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Mindspeed Technologies. Prior to Mindspeed, he served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Lantronix Inc. from August 2005 to January 2011, where he was responsible for managing all worldwide finance and accounting functions. Prior to August 2005, he held Vice President and Director level finance and accounting positions with two publicly-traded companies, as well as having served as an Audit Manager during his six years at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Whitaker earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the California State University at Fullerton and a Masters of Science Degree in Accountancy, from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

Mr. Michael Andrew Fink has been Vice President of Operations at Lantronix, Inc. since February 27, 2012. In this role, Mr. Fink manages world-wide manufacturing and supply chain operations. He has 20 years of experience as a global technology operations professional. At Inphi Corporation, he served as Director of Operations for Networking and Communication products, he was instrumental in developing manufacturing partners to support Inphi's 100G technologies. Mr. Fink served as Executive Director of Product and Test Engineering at Sierra Monolithics where he was responsible for directing its back-end engineering and manufacturing operations. He also served at Mindspeed Technologies as Executive Director of Product and Test Engineering where he played a key role in reducing cost of goods and inventory levels and improved NPI performance that lead to a 200 percent increase in development efficiency. Mr. Fink has also held management positions at Peregrine Semiconductor and Analog Devices in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Fink earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and completed graduate work at Northeastern University in Boston in the Digital Communications field.

Mr. Bernhard Bruscha serves as the Managing Director of TL Investment Gmbh and technovest alpha Gmbh located in T???bingen, Germany. Mr. Bruscha founded Lantronix, Inc. in June 1989. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Transtec AG since 1980. Mr. Bruscha has been the Chairman of Lantronix, Inc. since May 14, 2012. He had been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Supervisory Board at Transtec AG since June 21, 2002. He had been Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board at Tec2b Ag - Stuttgart since March 23, 2002. He served as Chairman of the Board at Lantronix, Inc. from June 1989 to May 2002. Mr. Bruscha has been Independent Director of Lantronix, Inc. since August 30, 2007. He serves as a Member of the supervisory board of Lantronix Inc., Irvine / USA. Mr. Bruscha serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board - transtec AB - Spanga/Sweden at Transtec AG.

Michael Fink serves as the Vice President, Operations of Lantronix. Michael started at Lantronix in February of 2012. Michael currently resides in Orange County, California Area.
