Mr. Darin G. Billerbeck has been the President of Silicon Image, Inc. since March 10, 2015. Mr. Billerbeck has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since November 11, 2010. Mr. Billerbeck served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Zilog Inc(acquired by IXYS Corporation) since January 29, 2007. Prior to Zilog, he served for 18 years in various executive and management positions at Intel. Mr. Billerbeck served as Vice President of Flash Memory Group and Mobility Group and General Manager of Flash Products Group of Intel Corporation (Intel) from 1999 to December 2006. Mr. Billerbeck co-managed Intel Flash Products group and was responsible for flash memory solutions used in consumer products, cellular and other communications areas. Mr. Billerbeck served as Design Director of Intel's Flash Products Group and was responsible for flash architecture, design tool automation, software integration, tools validation, lab and strategic planning from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Billerbeck served as a Director of Manufacturing Operations of Intel from 1999 to December 2006 and was responsible for technologies used in sort, assembly, test and packaging of flash products. From 1993 to 1999, he led several key engineering functions for Intel's Flash Products Group including Director of Design Engineering, Director of Packaging & Test Technology and Director of Operations. From 1988 to 1993, he worked in various other production focused engineering roles at Intel. Prior to Intel, Mr. Billerbeck served as Senior Process Technology Development Engineer of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) for seven years from 1981 to 1988. Mr. Billerbeck has been a Director of Silicon Image, Inc. since March 10, 2015. He has been a Director at Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since November 2010. He served as a Director of Zilog Inc., from January 29, 2007 to February 18, 2010. Mr. Billerbeck studied Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Davis in 1981.

Mr. Glen W. Hawk has been the Chief Operating Officer of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since November 06, 2015 and served as its Corporate Vice President since May 4, 2015 until November 12, 2015. Mr. Hawk served as Chief Marketing Officer at Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since May 4, 2015 until November 06, 2015. Mr. Hawk served as Vice President of NAND Solutions at Micron Technology Inc. from May 2010 to January 17, 2014. He served as Vice President of Embedded Solutions of Micron Technology Inc. since May 2010. Mr. Hawk served as the General Manager of Embedded Business Group and Vice President of Numonyx B.V from 2008 to May 2010. Mr. Hawk served as the General Manager of Intel Corp's Flash Memory Group's (FMG) Flash Products Group. Mr. Hawk has spent his 23-year career in the semiconductor industry working in NVMs and is with Intel's flash business from the beginning. He held positions in technology development, product engineering, design engineering, quality and reliability engineering and marketing. Mr. Hawk holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Byron W. Milstead has been President and General Manager of Lattice SG Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned sales and distribution subsidiary of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since January 2013. Mr. Milstead has been Secretary of Silicon Image, Inc. since March 10, 2015. Mr. Milstead has been the Corporate Vice President and General Counsel of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since May 14, 2008 and has been its Secretary since May 14, 2008. Mr. Milstead has been involved in the practice of Law since 1982. He practiced Law at the Salt Lake City office of Parsons Behle & Latimer and the Portland offices of both Bogle & Gates and Ater Wynne. Mr. Milstead served as the Senior Vice President of Credence Systems Corporation from December 31, 2005 to May 13, 2008. He served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Credence Systems from June 1, 2004 to May 13, 2008 and served as its Vice President since November 2000. Mr. Milstead served as General Counsel of Credence Systems from November 2000 to May 13, 2008 and also served as its Assistant Secretary until May 13, 2008. Mr. Milstead was a Partner of the Portland Oregon law firm of Ater Wynne LLP, which he joined in 1996. He was an Associate and Partner in the Portland Oregon office of Bogle & Gates PLLC. He has been a Director of Silicon Image, Inc. since March 10, 2015. Mr. Milstead completed his Undergraduate degree from Reed College and received his Law degree from the University of Utah.

Mr. Maxwell J. Downing, also known as Max, has been Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since February 22, 2017. Mr. Max Downing served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation from April 2, 2016 to February 2017 and also served as its Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from July 2012 to March 2016.
