Mr. Steve P. Foster has been the President of LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank since January 1, 2008 and its Chief Executive Officer since December 28, 2015. Mr. Foster served as a Branch Manager, Loan Officer and an Internal Auditor. He also started the Information Technology Department and has been responsible for all financial reporting of the LCNB National Bank and LCNB Corp. Mr. Foster served as the President at LCNB National Bank since January 1 2008. Mr. Foster served as an Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of LCNB Corp. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of LCNB Corp. until January 2008. He joined LCNB in 1977 and oversaw the opening of the Roachester-Morrow office. He has more than 31 years of experience. Mr. Foster has been a Director of LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank since April 12, 2005 and 2005 respectively. He served as Chairman of Warren County United Way Board since 2002 and was employed at Warren County for seven years. He served as President of the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce and also served as its Member. He has also participated in and led numerous courses for the Ohio Banker's League throughout his career. Mr. Foster Graduated from The Ohio State University with a Degree in Business in 1974. Mr. Foster received his MBA in 1989 from the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Matthew P. Layer, also known as Matt, has been Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of LCNB Corp. since January 1, 2008. Mr. Layer serves as Vice President of Lending Division at LCNB National Bank, a subsidiary of LCNB Corp.

Mr. Robert C. Haines, II has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of LCNB Corp. since January 01, 2008.

Ms. Anne E. Krehbiel serves as Secretary of LCNB Corp. Ms. Krehbiel served as the President of Warren County Bar Association. Ms. Krehbiel is an Attorney. She has relevant experience in legal matters, valuable insights and business experience. She has practiced law at her firm, Krehbiel Law Office, in Lebanon, Ohio since 1989. Ms. Krehbiel has been a Director of LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank since April 2010 and 2010 respectively. She is certified as an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist. Ms. Krehbiel serves on a number of organizations including:; Harmon Civic Trust; the Warren County Bar Association and Lebanon Rotary International. She also volunteers as a swimming official in Southwestern Ohio. Ms. Krehbiel received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1980.
