Mr. Courtland Pearson has been Senior Vice President of International at Lifevantage Corp. since July 2, 2016. Mr. Pearson has enjoyed an extensive and successful career in the direct selling industry. He has more than 22 years of multifunctional international business experience based in the United States and Japan, having served in distributor support, operations, sales and country and regional management roles in Japan as well as in Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Mr. Pearson has spent more than 17 years in executive management and people leadership roles at Nu Skin Enterprises and Neways International/Modere. Additionally, he spent five years with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., one of the largest privately owned companies in Japan with a product offering ranging from pharmaceuticals to sports drinks and nutrition products. From April 2012 until April 2016, Mr. Pearson was Vice President of Global Social Marketer Success and Regional Vice President over Asia for Modere. Mr. Pearson served as Vice President of Sales at NuSkin Japan and also served in various other positions in Asia for Nu Skin Enterprises beginning in 1998. Mr. Pearson earned a Bachelor's degree in Japanese with an emphasis in Business from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Steven R. Fife has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lifevantage Corp. since March 13, 2017. Mr. Fife is a veteran financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial controls for public companies. Mr. Fife served as Chief Financial Officer for Evidera, Inc. from May 2014 to June 2016. From October 2012 to December 2013, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Active Power, Inc. From March 2011 to August 2012, Mr. Fife served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Women's Initiative for Self Employment, and from April 2007 to August 2010 as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of LECG. He has held senior finance positions at several other major companies including senior corporate controller at Gilead Sciences, vice president and corporate controller for Amkor Technologies, and a variety of financial posts at leading Silicon Valley-based fiber optics manufacturer JDS Uniphase, including vice president of operations finance. Mr. Fife, who also has an accounting and auditing background, was with Deloitte & Touche for nine years serving as a senior audit manager for numerous public company clients. Mr. Fife earned a BS in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1983 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Nathalie Chevreau has been Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Lifevantage Corporation since July 27, 2016.

Mr. Charles J. Wach, also known as Chuck, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Lifevantage Corp. since March 13, 2017. Mr. Wach has more than 30 years of operations and leadership experience, having served in multiple senior operational roles with relevant industry experience. He served as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Executive at Bodybuilding.com, Inc., a global internet specialty retailer, from June 2013 to March 2017. Mr. Wach also served as a Director of Global Supply Chain, Materials Management for Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. from 2000 to 2012. He has filled several operational roles for Nestle-Perrier Group of America Inc., H.J. Heinz Co., and Frito Lay, Inc. Mr. Wach received his Master of Business Administration degree from Utah State University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Steven Fife serves as the Chief Financial Officer of LifeVantage Corporation. Steven started at LifeVantage Corporation in March of 2017. Steven currently resides in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.

Ryan Goodwin serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of LifeVantage Corporation. Ryan started at LifeVantage Corporation in August of 2015. Ryan currently resides in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.
