Ms. Wendy L. Simpson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of LTC Properties Inc. since October 2005 and March 2007 respectively. Ms. Simpson served as the Chief Financial Officer of LTC Properties from July 2000 to March 2007, Treasurer from January 2005 to March 2007, Chief Operating Officer from October 2005 to March 2007 and Vice Chairman of the Board from April 2000 to October 2005. She served as Financial Advisor to Coram Healthcare Corp., from November 1999 to March 31, 2000. She served as Chief Operating Officer at Community Psychiatric Centers since August 1996 and its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 1994. Ms. Simpson joined Coram as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 1998 and served there until November 1999. Prior to joining Coram, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Transitional Hospitals Corp. from December 1994 to August 1997 and Senior Vice President from July 1994 to December 1994. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Transitional Hospitals Corp. from July 1994 to August 1997. She served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Weisman Taylor Simpson & Sabatino from 1992 to 1994 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Medical International from 1990 to 1991. She has been the Chairman at LTC Properties Inc. since August 2013 and also has been its Director since 1995. Ms. Simpson serves as a Director at CLC Healthcare Inc. since 2001. She served as a Director of Transitional Hospitals from December 1994 to August 1997 and Community Psychiatric Centers, since 1996.

Mr. Clint B. Malin has been the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of LTC Properties Inc. since May 2004 and June 2012 respectively. Mr. Malin served as a Senior Vice President of LTC Properties Inc. from December 2010 to June 2012 and served as its Vice President from May 2004 to December 2010. From 1997 to 2004, he was employed by Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. During his tenure at Sun, he served as its Vice President of Corporate Real Estate.

Ms. Pamela J. Shelley-Kessler, also known as Pam, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of LTC Properties Inc. since March 2007, December 2010 and July 2000 respectively and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Shelley-Kessler has been a Trustee at Physicians Realty Trust since January 1, 2018. Previously, Ms. Shelley-Kessler served as a Senior Vice President from March 2007 to December 2010 and its Vice President and Controller from July 2000 to March 2007. Prior to this, Ms. Shelley-Kessler, was the Corporate Controller for a privately held commercial and multifamily real estate developer and the Director of Financial Reporting for a Southern California apartment REIT. She was also the Director of Financial Reporting for Irvine Apartment Communities, a publicly traded multifamily REIT, and Assistant Controller of the Inland Empire division of KB Home, one of the nation's largest publicly traded homebuilders. Previously, she was employed at Ernst &Young LLP. Ms. Shelley-Kessler is a licensed CPA. Ms. Kessler graduated with honors earning her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine where she was the Vice President of Student Services.

Ms. Caroline L. Chikhale, also known as Cece, has been a Senior Vice President at LTC Properties Inc. since June 2015 and also has been its Controller and Treasurer since March 2007. Ms. Chikhale served as Vice President at LTC Properties Inc. since March 2007 until June 2015. Ms. Chikhale joined LTC Properties Inc. as Accounting Manager in May 2002. In May 2005, she was appointed Assistant Controller and Assistant Treasurer and in March 2007, she served as a Vice President, Controller and Treasurer. Prior to LTC Properties Inc., she was employed by Ernst & Young, LLP. Ms. Chikhale is licensed Certified Public Accountant.
