Mr. Michael John Curlook has been the Vice President of Investor Relations & Communications at Mag Silver Corp. since March 4, 2013. Mr. Curlook served as an Investor Relations Manager at Great Basin Gold Ltd. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Mag Silver Corp. He served as the Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development - North America at Great Basin Gold Ltd. since September 2008. Mr. Curlook has over 20 years of experience in investor relations, sales and marketing. He served as an Investor Relations Manager of Farallon Resources Ltd. He held the Business Development position at French Spy Clothing. He served as Vice President of Business Development for Marketing and Sales at Commercial Diving Group. He served as Manager of Investor Relations at Stellar Metals Inc. and also served at Investor Relations Group. He served at INCO, where he gained valuable hands on experience that lends itself to communicating with all investors. Mr. Curlook studied at the University of Western Ontario.

Ms. Jody J. Harris has been a Corporate Secretary at Mag Silver Corp. since May 8, 2007. Ms. Harris served as an Investor Relations Specialist of PAKIT Inc., from February 2006 to March 2007, Administrator/Office Manager of Silverado Gold Mines Ltd., from March 2004 to October 2005 and Administrative Assistant of Rapid Transit Project 2000 Ltd., from February 2000 to March 2002. Ms. Harris has extensive background in the mining industry in corporate administrative services.

Mr. Larry Taddei, C.A., has served as Chief Financial Officer of MAG Silver Corporation since June 2010. Mr. Taddei obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990 and has held senior accounting and finance roles in the natural resource sector for the past 20 years. Most recently, he was the CFO of West Timmins Mining Inc. up until its business combination with Lake Shore Gold Corp. He held the position of CFO with a Vancouver-based precious metals producer with operations in South America, where he was instrumental in the completion of both debt and equity financings and oversaw the transition from an explorer to a producer. Mr. Taddei also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
