Mr. John S. Fitzgerald was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Magyar Bancorp, Inc. (MHC) (the ???Company???) and Magyar Bank (MHC) (the ???Bank???) in May 2010. Mr. Fitzgerald served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank and the Company since October 2007. Mr. Fitzgerald joined the Bank in June 2001. Mr. Fitzgerald has over 30 years experience in the banking industry.

Brian Stanley is the Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Magyar Bank (MHC) (the ???Bank???) and of Magyar Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Stanley joined the Bank in April 2005 as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Department Head, and prior to joining Magyar Mr. Stanley was a Commercial Lending Team Leader with PNC Bank, and Vice President, Commercial Lending with UnitedTrust Bank. Mr. Stanley has over 35 years of banking experience.

Mr. Jon R. Ansari is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Magyar Bank (MHC) (the Bank) and of Magyar Bancorp, Inc. (MHC). Mr. Ansari joined the Bank in July 1999. Previously, Mr. Ansari held various financial positions at the Bank such as Vice President of Finance, Controller, Assistant Controller and Accountant. Mr. Ansari is a graduate of Muhlenberg College where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, and received his MBA from New York University. He is also a graduate of the America's Community Bankers National School of Banking.
