Mr. Joseph P. Dwyer, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Misonix, Inc. since August 23, 2017 and its Secretary and Treasurer since September 18, 2017. Mr. Dwyer served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Misonix, Inc. since September 13, 2016 until August 23, 2017. Mr. Dwyer has provided financial consulting and advisory services to companies through Dwyer Co. Mr. Dwyer served as a Consultant of Virtual Piggy, Inc. since June 19, 2015. Mr. Dwyer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Virtual Piggy, Inc. from November 26, 2012 to June 19, 2015. Prior to joining Virtual Piggy in 2012, Mr. Dwyer served as Chief Financial Officer of OpenLink Financial, Inc., a privately held company, which provides software solutions for trading and risk management in the energy, commodity and capital markets. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Dwyer served as Interim Chief Administrative Officer of Energy Solutions International Inc., a privately held company providing pipeline management software to energy companies and pipeline operators. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Capstone Advisory Group, LLC since 2010 until 2011. Mr. Dwyer served as a consultant to Verint Systems, Inc., a software company listed on the NASDAQ Global Market, from 2009 to 2010, assisting with SEC reporting and compliance. Mr. Dwyer served as Vice President of Marketing of Beacon Federal, the wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Federal Bancorp, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Axs-one Inc. since December 2004 until 2009 and served as its Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer. He joined AXS-One with over twenty-five years of senior financial and operational management experience, with the most recent fifteen years in the software and communications industries including consulting to companies with respect to corporate governance, business planning, financial reporting and mergers and acquisitions. He was responsible for financial reporting, planning and business analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, human resources and real estate. During 2004, Mr. Dwyer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Synergen Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Inet ATS, Inc. He joined Caminus Corporation in April 2001 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from 2001 to 2003. He served as an Assistant Secretary and Treasurer of Caminus Corp. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of ACTV, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Winstar Global Products, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of hair care, bath and beauty products until its acquisition by Winstar Communications, Inc. in 1995. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Winstar Communications Inc. from 2000 to 2001. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Legal Software Solutions Inc. He began his career at Deloitte. He served as a Director of Energy Solutions International Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Dwyer received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1978 and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Thomas M. Patton, also known as Tom, J.D. has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of CAS Medical Systems, Inc. since August 27, 2010. Mr. Patton joined the CAS on August 27, 2010. He serves as the Chairman and President at Informed Medical Communications (IMC). He was an Advisor at Ferrer Freeman & Company, LLC (FFC). Prior to this, he served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer at IMC from 2006 to 2007. He has been a Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer at QDX, Inc. since January 2003. He is also a Principal at Vista Advisors, LLC since April 2004. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Respironics Novametrix, LLC. from May 2000 to April 2004. Mr. Patton served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Development at Wright Medical Technology, Inc., from November 1993 to March 2003 where he led a successful turnaround of Wright and orchestrated its recapitalization led by Warburg Pincus. He has been a Director of Misonix, Inc. since 2015 and serves as its Lead Director. He has been a Director of CAS Medical Systems Inc. since August 27, 2010. He has been a Member of the Board at Genova Diagnostics; OrthoRX; and Activus Healthcare Solutions, Inc., amongst other FFC companies. He also served on the Board of Osteotech Inc. since December 1, 2004. He served as a Director at K2M since October 20, 2006. Prior to joining Wright Medical, Mr. Patton served as a Litigation Attorney at Williams and Connolly in Washington, D.C. from 1989 to 1993. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Economics and Accounting.

Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mr. Ludecker served as Director of Sales Services for Exogen, Inc. He was with DePuy ACE, the orthopaedic trauma division of Johnson and Johnson. With more than 20 years of experience in the global medical device industry, he has a demonstrated track record of successfully commercializing medical technology and in building and managing global sales distribution networks. He has more than 20 years experience in orthopaedics. Mr. Ludecker holds an BA from Kenyon College and has completed course work at the University of Michigan School of Business. He attended at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
