Mr. Shawn D. Williams has been Senior Vice President of Plastics at Nexeo Solutions, Inc., since June 9, 2016. Mr. Williams served as Senior Vice President of Plastics at Nexeo Holdings and Solutions and Nexeo Solutions, LLC since September 10, 2012. He joined Nexeo with an abundance of professional leadership experience, including more than 20 years with industry giant, General Electric Company, which is also be a value-add for the Nexeo's global commercial and industrial strategies. He was responsible for sales, marketing and product management for the Nexeo's Global Plastics line of business. He leads all commercial aspects of the Plastics organization with a focus on profitable growth and optimum use of resources. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Sealants at Momentive Performance Materials Inc. since January 12, 2009. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Silicones Americas of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. until January 12, 2009. He began his career with GE in 1986 in the Technical Sales Program for GE Supply. He joined GE Silicones as Director of GE Sealants and Adhesives (GESA) Consumer Sales in June 2003 and served as General Manager of GESA since September 2003. He served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA in Albany, New York from 2011 to 2012 and Purdue University's PBAO from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Michael B. Farnell, Jr., also known as Mike, has been Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President and Company Secretary of Nexeo Solutions, Inc., since December 2016 & June 9, 2016 respectively. Mr. Farnell serves as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Farnell served as the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at Nexeo Solutions, LLC since 15 August, 2011 and served as its Secretary since February 22, 2011. He served as a Counsel at TPG Capital, L.P. He served as Vice President of Nexeo Solutions, LLC from February 14, 2011 to August 15, 2011, as Treasurer from February 22, 2011 to August 15, 2011 and Assistant Treasurer from August 15, 2011 to April 25, 2013. He served as Legal Counsel for TPG from 2006 to 2011. Prior to joining TPG, He served as a Corporate Attorney with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP in Dallas, Texas from 1998 to 2006. He served as a Director for British Vita Group S.a.r.l. since October 2006 until February 2013. He received his J.D. and MBA degrees from Southern Methodist University, where he was a Member of the SMU Law Review and his B.A. degree from Trinity University.

Mr. Ross J. Crane has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Nexeo Solutions, Inc. since June 9, 2016. Mr. Crane served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Nexeo Solutions, LLC., since August 8, 2011 and served as its Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Crane served as Chief Financial Officer of Belkin International, Inc., from September 2008 to August 2011. Prior to joining Belkin International, Inc., He served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Chief Financial Officer, North America and Interim President, North America at Ingram Micro Inc., the world's largest distributor of technology goods and services from August 2005 to September 2008. From November 1994 to August 2005, He held various senior financial positions at Avnet Inc, including Senior Vice President, Group Financial Officer of Avnet Electronics Marketing. From 1999 to 2002, He served as Vice President and Senior Vice President, Group Financial Officer of Avnet Applied Computing. Prior to joining Avnet Inc., He spent six years with Honeywell Inc. in its Space Systems Group and its Industrial Automation and Control Group. During this six-year period, He held a variety of positions in manufacturing, government relations, working capital management, program accounting and financial planning and reporting. He also served as a member of the Dean's Board of Excellence for the Barrett Honors College in Arizona State University's College of Business. He received his B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Arizona State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Mr. Ronald J. Labuschewsky, also known as Ron, has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Environmental Services at Nexeo Solutions, Inc. since June 09, 2016. Mr. Labuschewsky served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Environmental Services at Nexeo Solutions, LLC. and Nexeo Holdings. since March 10, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain from November 13, 2014 to March 9, 2016 and Vice President of Operations from August 26, 2013 to November 12, 2014. Mr. LaBusch served as Senior Vice President of The Supply Chain Division at Nexeo Solutions, LLC since October 31, 2015. He served operational and commercial leadership positions in the plastics and packaging industry for more than 20 years. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Intrapac International Group from December 2011 to August 2013. Mr. LaBuschewsky served as Chief Operating Officer of Peninsula Packaging Inc. from January 2011 to December 2011. Prior to joining Peninsula Packaging, he spent six years with Bway Packaging Inc. in a variety of leadership roles including Director of Quality, Vice President of Nampac Division and Vice President of Plastics. Prior to Bway, he spent 16 years at Graham Packaging where he held various Operations leadership roles. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
