Mr. Mark R. Young serves as Senior Vice President of The RMR Group LLC. Mr. Young serves as Senior Vice President of Rmr at The RMR Group LLC. Mr. Young has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of TravelCenters of America LLC since August 2007. Previously, Mr. Young served as Vice President of Leasing and Associate General Counsel of Reit Management from November 2006 to July 2007. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Reit Management since November 2001. Prior to joining The RMR Group in 2001, Mr. Young held in-house legal positions at CMGI, Inc. and Staples, Inc., as well as practiced law at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr LLP and Sullivan & Worcester LLP.

Mr. Barry A. Richards has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of TravelCenters of America LLC since December 31, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations from 2017 to December 31, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President since January 2010 until 2017. Mr. Richards served as Senior Vice President of Restaurant Marketing & Operations at TravelCenters of America LLC since April 2008. Prior to this , he served as the Vice President of Restaurant Operations and in various other positions since his joining of TravelCenters of America, Inc.

Mr. Michael J. Lombardi, also known as Mike, has been Executive Officer at TravelCenters of America LLC since June 30, 2017. Mr. Lombardi served as an Executive Vice President of Sales at TravelCenters of America LLC from January 2007 to June 30, 2017. Mr. Lombardi served at TravelCenters of America LLC's predecessor as Executive Vice President of Sales since January 2007 and as Senior Vice President of Sales from June 2006 to January, 2007. Prior to joining TravelCenters of America, Inc. Mr. Lombardi spent seven years in senior positions in the global marketing and customer service divisions of Ford Motor Company. Prior to that, spent 18 years with British Petroleum where he was heavily involved with its automotive and product service segments, including ProCare, a 125 store chain of auto repair facilities. Mr. Lombardi served as Member of Board of Advisors of Oxlo Systems, Inc.

Mr. John McGary, also known as Skip, has been Senior Vice President of Truck Service Marketing and Operations at TravelCenters of America LLC since March 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Truck Service since February 2014 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Stores. Mr. McGary served as Senior Vice President of Retail Marketing and Operations at TravelCenters of America LLC since August 2011. He joined TravelCenters of America LLC in 1982 and served as Vice President and Director of Truck Service from 2007 to 2011. He served the roles of Regional Vice President of Operations, as well as District Manager. He also served a variety of other positions at the site level earlier in his career.

Mr. John Ponczoch has been Senior Vice President of Food Operations & Marketing at TravelCenters of America LLC since January 2010. Mr. Ponczoch's responsibilities include full charge of all Petro Iron Skillet(R) restaurants, all TA branded full service restaurants and the wide range of quick service restaurant that TravelCenters operates for its own account. Mr. Ponczoch is a twenty four year veteran of Petro Stopping Centers and its Iron Skillet(R) restaurants. He began as a kitchen manager in 1986 and has since served as General Manager, Field Manager and Regional Director of Operations. He served as Vice President and Director of full service restaurant operations. Mr. Ponczoch has vision and enormous operating experience.

Mr. Sean Kubovcik has been Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of TravelCenters of America LLC since April 2017. Mr. Kubovcik served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of TravelCenters of America LLC since 2008. He joined TA in 1996 and held a variety of leadership positions in the System's group.

Mr. Tom Newbould has been Senior Vice President of Store Marketing & Operations at TravelCenters of America LLC since April 2017. Prior to this role, Mr. Newbould served as Vice President of Retail Marketing. He joined TA in 2001 and held a variety of positions in the Retail Marketing group. Prior to joining TA, he spent 15 years in management and sales positions in Audit, Strategic Planning, Retail Marketing and Operations with the BP/Standard Oil Company.

Mr. Peter P. Ward has been Senior Vice President of Construction, Maintenance & Environmental at TravelCenters of America LLC since September 2007. Mr. Ward served as Regional Vice President of Operations at TravelCenters of America LLC since February 2004 and served as its Vice President of Franchising since January 1998 and Regional Development Manager since November 1995. Prior to joining TravelCenters of America, Inc., Mr. Ward spent 16 years in management and sales positions in the Retail Marketing and Chemical divisions of BP/Standard Oil/Boron Oil Company.

Mr. William E. Myers II has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TravelCenters of America LLC since December 31, 2018 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President October from 2014 to December 31, 2018. Mr. Myers served as Vice President of Technical Accounting and Reporting of Eaton plc. since 2010. Mr. Myers served as Director of Financial Reporting at Whirlpool Corporation from 2007 to 2010.
