Mr. David P. Boyle, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. and Orrstown Bank since August 29, 2012 and December 15, 2016 respectively. Mr. Boyle is responsible for directing the development and maintenance of Orrstown's financial plans, policies, strategic initiatives and financial compliance. He served as Chief Performance Officer of PNC Financial Services Group Inc., since July 2010. He served as Vice President and Controller of Wayne Bancorp, Inc., in Wooster, Ohio since 1990. He served as Chief Performance Officer of Wayne Bancorp, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of National City-Northeast region of National City Corporation since January 1, 2006 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National City in Wooster Ohio. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Michigan and served as its President of Michigan banking operations since January 2007. He served as President of National City - Northeast region of National City Corp. since January 1, 2006 and President of the Michigan/Northwest Ohio banking region since January 2007. Mr. Boyle joined National City with the acquisition of Wayne BanCorp. Inc. in 2004 and since then has led the markets served by Wayne, as well as Stark County. He served as Chief Executive Officer since 2001, President since 2001 and Chairman of the Board of Wayne BanCorp. Inc. (OH) since January 22, 2004 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Wayne County National Bank, since 2001. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wayne County National Bank 1999 to 2000, Treasurer of Wayne BanCorp. Inc., 1998 to 2000, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Wayne County National Bank, 1997 to1999, President, Midohio Data, Inc. since 1999. Mr. Boyle's extensive experience includes nearly 15 years in the financial services industry. He began his career in 1986 as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young and later served at S.R. Snodgrass. He has been the Chairman and Director of Chippewa Valley Title Agency Inc., since March 31, 2001. He served as a Director of Southwest Michigan First, Inc. He serves as a Director of Business Leaders for Michigan. He served as a Director of Chippewa Valley Bank. He served as a Director of Wayne BanCorp. Inc. since 2001. He is an active member of the community and serves on the Wayne Economic Development Council and the board of directors of the Boys Village Inc. Among many other community and civic engagements, he has served on the board of Buckeye Council of Boy Scouts of America and as a board member and chair of the Executive Oversight Committee of Boys Village. Mr. Boyle is a certified public accountant (CPA), a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Westminster College and is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Philip E. Fague, CPA, serves as an Executive Vice President of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. Mr. Fague serves as an Assistant Secretary of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. and Orrstown Bank. He serves as Treasurer of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. He served as Trust and Mortgage Officer of Orrstown Bank from August 2012 to September 2016. He was Senior Executive Vice President of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. and Orrstown Bank, a subsidiary of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. from June 2011 to August 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. from 1997 to June 23, 2011 and served as its Assistant Secretary until June 23, 2011. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. since July 26, 2012. He also served as Chief Mortgage, Consumer & Investment Officer of Orrstown Bank since September 2009 and served as its Executive Vice President from January 1, 2008 to June 23,. 2011. He served as Chief Retail Officer of Orrstown Bank from January 1, 2008 to September 2009. He served as Chief Sales and Service Officer of Orrstown Bank from 2000 to January 2008 and served as its Executive Vice President from 1999 to January 2008. Mr. Fague also served as an Assistant Treasurer of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. since 2001.

Mr. Robert G. Coradi, also known as Bob, has been Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. and Orrstown Bank since April 2014. From October 2012 to April 2014, Mr. Coradi served as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Orrstown Bank. He oversees the credit administration functions of Orrstown Bank. He served as Senior Vice President at Susquehanna Bank and Commercial Executive in the York-Adams Region. Mr. Coradi is responsible for managing and growing the region's commercial loan portfolio. He is based at Susquehanna's office at 1191 Eichelberger St., Hanover. Mr. Coradi served as President and Chief Executive Officer at The Glen Rock State Bank. Mr. Coradi served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Sales Manager at Susquehanna Bank and has 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He served as Director of The Glen Rock State Bank. Mr. Coradi graduated from Penn State with a bachelor of science degree in finance and from Mount Saint Mary's College with an MBA.

Patrick Williams serves as the Vice President of Internal Reporting of Orrstown Bank. Patrick started at Orrstown Bank in December of 2018. Patrick currently resides in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania Area.
