Mr. Raymond D. Martz, also known as Ray, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust since December 2009 and serves its Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Martz served as the Chief Financial Officer of Phillips Edison & Company from August 2007 to November 2009. Prior to Phillips Edison, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. from May 2, 2005 to August 2007. He served with LaSalle Hotel Properties from 1997 to 2005, including served as its Treasurer from 2004 to 2005, Vice President of Finance from 2001 to 2004 and Director of Finance from 1998 to 2001. Prior to LaSalle Hotel Properties, he served as an Associate of Tishman Hotel Corporation from 1995 to 1997, where he focused on a variety of areas including asset management and development. From 1994 to 1995, he served in several hotel operations roles at Orient Hotel Group. Mr. Martz has an MBA from Columbia University in 2002 and Bachelor of Science from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1993.

Mr. Thomas C. Fisher, also known as Tom has been the Chief Investment Officer and an Executive Vice President of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust since January 11, 2010. Mr. Fisher served as an Executive Vice President of the Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. He was involved in the sale and financing of hotel and lodging assets throughout North America. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in 1996 and previously served as the Managing Director-Americas. He served in a variety of roles, including Managing Director leading the national full-service investment sales platform at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Prior experience includes asset disposition, investment banking and advisory services for The Harlan Company, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining The Harlan Company, he served as a Real Estate Analyst in the corporate office of the Prudential Realty Group where he worked on general account investments covering multiple property types including hotel, office and retail. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and an active member in the Cornell Society of Hotelmen. Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science from The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1993.

Mr. Andrew H. Dittamo also known as Andy, has been a Vice President and Controller of Pebble brook Hotel Trust since December 2009. Mr. Dittamo served as a Vice President and Assistant Controller of Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc., where he managed its corporate accounting, construction accounting, joint venture and financial reporting departments from July 2007 to November 2009. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Controller of LaSalle Hotel Properties, where he managed its corporate accounting office from April 2005 to July 2007. From July 1998 to April 2005, he held advancing positions to Manager at Grant Thornton, LLP, providing assurance services and business advisory support for clients across a range of industries. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dittamo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
