Mr. Eun-Yeon Hwang serves as President and Head of Management Support Division at POSCO. Mr. Hwang served as the Head of Corporate Relations Division and Senior Executive Vice President at POSCO and served as its Executive Vice President and Head of Carbon Steel Marketing Division. He served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy Department, Senior Vice President of Sales & Production Planning Group and Senior Vice President of Sales Logistics Group of POSCO. He served as a Non Executive Director of Posco ICT Company Ltd. He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University, majored in Law.

Mr. In-Hwan Oh serves as been President of POSCO since March 10, 2017. Mr. Oh served as the Head of Steel Business Division and Senior Executive Vice President at POSCO until March 10, 2017. Mr. Oh served as an Executive of CJ Freshway Corporation. He served as Director of Marketing Division, Department Manager of Steel Business Strategy Department, Senior Vice President of Automative Flat Products, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Automative Materials Marketing Dept, Marketing Department and Head of Carbon Steel Marketing Division at POSCO. He has been an Representative Director of POSCO since March 2015. He served as a Non-Standing Director of Daewoo International Corp. since May 11, 2015. Mr. Oh holds Master of Economics from Yonsei University.

Seong Yu serves as Head of Technology & Investment Division, Senior Executive Vice President and Director at POSCO. Seong Yu served as a Executive Vice President and Head of Energy Storage Materials Business Department at POSCO and served as its Executive Vice President of Finance and Investment Division. Seong Yu served as Senior Vice President of POSCO and served as its Senior Vice President of POSCO-Japan Co Ltd. Seong Yu served as Department Manager of New Business Development Department at POSCO.

Mr. Seung Kyu Lim serves as Managing Director of POSCO. Mr. Lim has been Director of POSCO Australia Pty Ltd since May 9, 2016.

Tong-Il An serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Pohang Works at POSCO and served as its Executive Vice President of Steel Production Division, Senior Vice President and Deputy General Superintendent of Maintenance for Gwangyang Works. Tong-Il An served as General Superintendent of Gwangyang Works at POSCO.

Kwang-Soo Kim serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Stainless Steel Marketing Department at POSCO and served as its Senior Vice President. Kwang-Soo Kim served as Department Manager of Stainless Steel Marketing Department at POSCO.
