Mr. Charles E. Drimal, Jr., has been the President of PrimeEnergy Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Primeenergy Corp. and the Managing General Partner of Sterling Gas Drilling Fund 1982, Sterling Drilling Fund 1983-1 and Sterling Drilling Fund 1983-2 since May 1983 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Drimal has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of PrimeEnergy Corp. since October 1987 and serves as its Chairman. He has been an Executive Director of PrimeEnergy Corp. since October 1987. He served as a Director of PrimeEnergy Management Corporation since May 1983. Mr. Drimal graduated from the University of Maryland in 1970 and Samford University School of Law in 1973 and is a Member of the New York State Bar.

Ms. Beverly A. Cummings has been the Chief Financial Officer of Primeenergy Corp. since October 1987. Ms. Cummings has been Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Primeenergy Corp. since May 1991 and October 1987 respectively. She serves as an Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Chief Financial officer and Principal Accounting Officer of PrimeEnergy Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Primeenergy Corp. and has been its Vice President of Finance since August 1985. She serves as Managing General Partner of Sterling Gas Drilling Fund 1982, Sterling Drilling Fund 1983-1 and Sterling Drilling Fund 1983-2. She served as Principal Accounting Officer of PrimeEnergy Corp. She served as Secretary of PrimeEnergy Management Corporation from May 1983 to June 1990 and its Controller from June 1981 to January 1986. She has been a Director of Primeenergy Corp. since February 1988. She serves as a Director of PrimeEnergy Management. Ms. Cummings is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
