Mr. Herbert M. Mueller, also known as Herb, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Resources Connection, Inc. since August 29, 2016. Mr. Mueller has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Resources Connection LLC since August 29, 2016. Mr. Mueller served as Managing Director of Atlanta Practice at Resources Connection LLC until August 29, 2016. Mr. Mueller has served in a leadership position with RGP over the four years in its Atlanta, Georgia practice. He has led significant growth in the region, focusing on consulting opportunities in finance and accounting, information management and internal audit. Mr. Mueller also served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TTA Partners, Inc. Mr. Mueller served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Delta Apparel Inc. from December 1999 to March 10, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Mueller served as Vice President of Accounting & Administrationof the Delta Apparel Company division of Delta Woodside since April 1998. Mr. Mueller served as Corporate Controller (from June 1991 to June 1997 and from October 1997 to April 1998) and Senior Director of Business Planning from July 1997 to October 1997) of Swift Denim, a manufacturer of denim fabric. Mr. Mueller has served in a leadership position with RGP over the past four years in its Atlanta, Georgia practice. He has led significant growth in the region, focusing on consulting opportunities in finance and accounting, information management and internal audit. Mr. Mueller holds a BA degree in Accounting from Columbus State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant(inactive).

Mr. Donald B. Murray, also known as Don, Co-Founded Resources Connection, Inc. in June 1996 and has been its Chairman of the Board since August 31, 2015. Mr. Murray serves as the Chairman of Resources Connection LLC. He has built a high-caliber management team and Consultant base, primarily made up of Big Four professionals with superior credentials and substantial industry experience. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Resources Connection LLC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Resources Connection Inc. from July 22, 2009 to May 28, 2013. He served as Chief Executive Officer & President of Resources Connection Inc. from April 1999 to June 1, 2008, Managing Director until April 1999. He served as Partner-In-Charge of Accounting and Assurance Services at the Orange County, California office of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1988 to 1996. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. Murray founded Woodland Hills office of Touche Ross & Co., a predecessor firm to Deloitte & Touche LLP in 1984 and served as its Partner-In-Charge. He joined Deloitte & Touche partnership in 1983. He serves as an Executive Chairman of Resources Global Professionals. He served as Executive Chairman of Resources Connection Inc. from April 1999 to August 31, 2015. He has been a Director of Resources Connection Inc. since April 1999. He serves on the Leadership Board of USC's Marshall School of Business and the Marshall Center for Global Innovation. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (inactive). Additionally, he has developed an innovative internship program with Human Options, a shelter for victims of domestic violence. Sponsored by RGP, the program provides training and internships to women from the shelter. Mr. Murray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles and his Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Thomas Chu serves as the Regional Managing Director of Hong Kong, China and Singapore Operations at Resources Connection, Inc. In addition to establishing and executing on-going growth strategies, Mr. Chu manages these offices to support multinational clients on local and regional assignments across Asia Pacific. With a strong background in business consulting and information systems, Mr. Chu has more than two decades of experience. During Mr. Chu's tenure with Resources Connection, he has led the startup of the Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore offices. He held a number of leadership positions in financial services and technology companies, including Oracle, Reuters, Nomura and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Mr. Chu holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor designation.

Mr. Jon Wesoky serves as the Global Managing Director of Supply Chain Management at Resources Connection, Inc. Mr. Wesoky has been Global Managing Director of Supply Chain Management Practice at Resources Connection LLC since March 14, 2013. Mr. Wesoky is responsible for the continued growth of the practice around the world and developing leading-edge supply chain solutions for RGP clients. He joined Resources Connection in 2005. He is a subject-matter expert in contract management, the procure-to-pay process, inventory management and the logistics and transportation functions. He served as a Director at BearingPoint where he led the Supply Chain practice in its Communications Industry group. As a senior manager at Andersen Business Consulting, he led the Mid-Atlantic Region's Supply Chain team. He has held both operational and consulting positions in the distribution and transportation sectors. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at local, national and global supply chain conferences. He is a member of the National Capital Area chapter of the Institute for Supply Management and served as its Board Member. He was a Council of Logistics Management (now CSCMP) National Graduate Scholar at University of Maryland. He is APICS certified as a Certified Integrated Resource Manager (CIRM). Mr. Wesoky received his MBA in Logistics and Transportation from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr. Anthony Gutierrez serves as the Global Managing Director of Resources Connection, Inc. Mr. Gutierrez joined Resources Connection in 2005 and serves as the Leader of the Financial Services Industry Practice. Mr. Gutierrez advises many of Resources Connection's clients across industry sectors on executing more complex consulting oriented projects. He is a subject-matter expert in business transformation, process alignment (reengineering), merger integration, large scale program management and change management. He has extensive experience in planning, designing and directing high-profile, business transformation and change programs, which have improved business operations by aligning mission critical processes, organizational structures and supporting technologies with business strategies. He was a Partner of Unisys Corporation, where he led the Enterprise Transformation Consulting Practice for the Northeast Region. He was a Global Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he led several industry and practice areas. During his 20 year tenure at Arthur Andersen, he served clients across diverse industry sectors, including consumer electronics, telecommunications, packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, advertising and hospitality. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.

Ms. Tanja Cebula has been Executive Vice President of Talent at Resources Connection, Inc. since March 2, 2017. Ms. Cebula served as the Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President of Resources Connection, Inc. and Resources Connection LLC since July 17, 2014 until March 2, 2017. Ms. Cebula was responsible for scaling new and exciting innovative ideas to accelerate revenue growth while working collaboratively with senior leadership and practice area subject matter experts. Since joining Resources Connection in 1997, she has been instrumental to its growth. Ms. Cebula served as Senior Vice President and Member of Executive Officer Group of Resources Connection, Inc. since May 22, 2007. She served as Senior Vice President of Western Region at Resources Connection LLC from May 2007 to July 2014 with P&L responsibility for 19 offices in the U.S. and Mexico. In this role, she oversaw client service, recruiting and operations while mentoring teams and offering strategic guidance to the practices within her region. Ms. Cebula began her Resources career in 1997, when Resources was still a subsidiary of Deloitte & Touche, as Managing Director and Founder of Portland, Oregon office. She has played a key role in Resources' management-led buyout from Deloitte & Touche in 1999 and moved to Southern California as Regional Managing Director in 2000 taking on responsibility for the entire Western Region in 2004. Ms. Cebula served as Product Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical in Dallas, Texas and Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Portland, Oregon. She co-founded the Breast Health Awareness Foundation. She co-founded the BeAware Foundation. Ms. Cebula serves on the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Board in Orange, California. She is a Member of the College of Business Dean's Circle of Excellence. She also served on the board of the Oregon Council for Hispanic Advancement. Ms. Cebula received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and her Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Tom Schember has been an Executive Vice President of Global Client Services at Resources Connection, Inc.since September 21, 2017. Mr. Schember served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Resources Connection, Inc. until September 21, 2017 and served as its Global Managing Director of Strategic Account Development. Mr. Schember leads Resources Connection's comprehensive global strategy to develop and expand business with high profile multinational companies across Resources Connection's offices worldwide. Over the past five years, Mr. Schember has been instrumental in building and leading many of Resources' largest global client relationships. As a result, he played a critical role in the development of Resources' international business, working extensively with its global network to serve clients in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He co-founded Resources' New York office in June 1998 as Managing Director. Since then, he has held a variety of senior leadership positions including Managing Director of Resources' Tri-State practice, Managing Director for Global Client Services and Regional Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific Region. He joined Resources Connection, Inc. from The MacManus Group/DMB&B (now Publicis), where he served as Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance, managing worldwide accounting and financial reporting. He served as a Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche in Parsippany, New Jersey. He holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a B.A. in English from Davidson College.

Ms. Shauna L. Watson, CPA has been Global Managing Director of Finance & Accounting at Resources Connection, Inc. since December 11, 2012. Ms. Watson is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the activities of accounting standard setters around the world and communicating their activities to clients and Resources Connection, Inc. She also assists client service teams in their development of new client relationships at Resources Connection, Inc. She leads Resources Connection's Global Finance & Accounting practice. She has a wealth of knowledge and is a subject-matter expert on US GAAP, IFRS, SEC and PCAOB regulations. She worked in a variety of positions of increasing technical complexity, namely Director of Finance and Accounting at Air Lease Corporation and Corporate Director of Technical Accounting and Policy at Northrop Grumman, where she evaluated and communicated the impact of new accounting standards, determined the accounting for complex business transactions and led the ongoing IFRS implementation efforts. Prior to these positions, she gained over a decade of experience as Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her 11 years in public accounting included several on tour within PwC's Global Capital Markets Group, where she consulted on US GAAP and SEC regulations, participated in consultations with the SEC and worked closely with transaction teams on capital raising and M&A deals. Ms. Watson is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Montana State University. Ms. Watson received her MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Business.

Mr. Steve Barker serves as the Global Managing Director of Human Capital of Resources Connection, Inc. Mr. Barker has been the Global Managing Director of Human Capital at Resources Connection LLC since August 15, 2013. He is responsible for developing innovative and complimentary human capital strategies with senior level HR leaders, including many from Fortune 500 companies. He has more than 25 years of Human Capital experience and extensive knowledge of human resources, change management strategies, business transformation, employment risk, operations and employee engagement. His background includes operational business and human capital experience, both from a consultative as well as a private industry perspective. Mr. Barker joined Resources Connection in 2000 and helped to start its Human Capital practice. He served as a Principal at Strategic Employment Solutions. He served as Vice President of Human Resources for the nationally recognized Centinela Hospital Healthcare Network and was responsible for all human resources-related functions, strategy and organizational direction. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Human Resources Association and The California State University Fullerton Leadership Board. He a frequent Guest Speaker. Mr. Barker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
