Mr. Ronald A. Rice has been President of RPM International Inc. since 2008 and its Chief Operating Officer since October 5, 2006. Mr. Rice served as the Executive Vice President of RPM International Inc. from October 5, 2006 to October 2008, Senior Vice President of Administration from October 11, 2002 to October 5, 2006 and also served as its Assistant Secretary from August 5, 1999 to October 5, 2006. He served as Vice President of Administration for RPM International from October 12, 2001 to October 11, 2002. From August 1999 to October 2001, he served as Vice President of Risk Management & Benefits at RPM Inc. From 1997 to August 1999, he served as Director of Risk Management & Employee Benefits for RPM Inc., and from 1995 to 1997, he served as its Director of Benefits. From 1985 to 1995, he served in various capacities with Wyatt Company, including as Senior Account Manager from 1992 to 1995. He served as Vice President of Administration and Assistant Secretary at Wyatt. He serves as a Director of RPOW UK Limited. He has been an Independent Director of TimkenSteel Corporation since January 29, 2015. He served as a Director of New Ventures (UK) Limited since December 14, 2011. Mr. Rice is a graduate of Miami (Ohio) University with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Mathematics and Statistics With Minors in Operations Research and Statistical Analysis.

Mr. Edward W. Moore serves as Secretary of Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. Mr. Moore has been the Chief Compliance officer of RPM International Inc. since 2011 and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since January 2007. Mr. Moore has been the Senior Vice President of RPM International Inc. since October 2013 and served as its Vice President from January 2007 to October 2013. He was a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP from 1990 to 2006 and also served as its Co-Chair of the Securities and Capital Markets Group. He represented issuers and underwriters in more than 75 public securities offerings, including more than 15 initial public stock offerings. Within Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, Mr. Moore was responsible for RPM's securities law and corporate governance matters as well as oversight responsibility for RPM-related acquisition, employee benefits, real estate, environmental and litigation matters. He serves as a Director of Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. He served as a Director at New Ventures (UK) Limited from December 14, 2011 to December 14, 2011. He is a Member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and Cleveland Bar Association. He was a Member of the Order of the Coif of Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Moore was admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court and the Ohio Supreme Court. Mr. Moore received his B.A. degree from Miami (OH) University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Ms. Janeen B. Kastner, has been Vice President of Corporate Benefits and Risk Management of RPM International Inc. since October 4, 2007. Ms. Kastner joined RPM in 1997 as manager of benefits and insurance, and served as RPM's Director of Human Resources and Administration. Ms. Kastner was previously employed as a benefits consultant with Watson Wyatt & Company. Ms. Kastner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in math and economics from Denison University and a Master of Science Degree in management from Purdue University.

Mr. Russell L. Gordon has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of RPM International Inc. since April 10, 2012. Mr. Gordon served as Vice President of Corporate Planning since October 4, 2007 until 2012. Mr. Gordon joined RPM International Inc. in 1995 and served as its Director of Planning. Prior to this he served in various financial Analysis Positions with The BFGoodrich Company and began his career with VLSI Technology, Incorporated as an Industrial Engineer. Mr. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Tim Kinser serves as the Vice President Operations of RPM International Inc.. Tim started at RPM International Inc. in Jun of 2018. Tim currently resides in the Baltimore, Maryland Area.
