Mr. Michel Fievez has been Executive Vice President of Engineered Papers at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Fievez served an Executive Vice President of Reconstituted Tobacco Business at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. since April 2010 until December 2014. He served as the President of European Operations of Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc., from June 2007 to April 2010. From 2003 to May 2007, he served as General Manager of One Side Coated Papers and Vice President and General Manager of Packaging, Metalizing and Office and Graphic with Ahlstrom Corporation. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Fievez held key manufacturing positions, including Managing Director of Chesapeake Display and Packaging in Europe and from 1994 to 1998, he served as Vice President Manufacturing and Technology with Mead Packaging.

Ms. Allison Aden has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. since November 1, 2015. Ms. Aden served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at AmeriCold Logistics, LLC from October 2012 to October 15, 2015. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Recall Holdings Limited since 2007 until 2012. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Recall Corporation. Ms. Aden served as Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of PRGX Global, Inc. (formerly, PRG Schultz International Inc.), where she provided fiscal guidance in global strategic planning and resource management. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of LNR Property Corporation, where she oversaw financial analysis and resource management for its $1.5 billion asset division. She began her career as an Accountant and Auditor for a military aircraft company and as Senior Financial Analyst for the world's number one issuer of credit cards, at that time. She then joined Spectrum Emergency Care as Operations Manager and Controller. She also served as Senior Manager of Financial Analysis at Medaphis Corporation (now Per-Se Technologies), which tested her commercial skills in providing financial sales support for prospective clients. She served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Vanstar Corporation (a leader in computer services), supervising all financial and accounting processes with a staff of approximately 200 people. Ms. Aden has more than 30 years of financial, accounting and management experience to SWM. Her work history includes leadership positions with several multinational organizations, as well as roles with private and public companies. She has a deep accounting and planning background, including significant M&A and integration experience. Ms. Aden is an active Certified Public Accountant and holds a BSBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Robert J. Cardin, also known as Bob, has been Corporate Controller of Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. since November 18, 2013 and served as its Acting Chief Financial Officer from April 3, 2015 to October 31, 2015. Mr. Cardin served as a Controller of Syncreon since 2011. Prior to that time he was employed by DENTSPLY International Inc., as an Assistant Corporate Controller from 2010 to 2011 and as Group Controller of Dental Consumables Business from 2004 to 2010.
