Mr. Eric Francois has been Chief Financial Officer of SCYNEXIS, Inc. since November 2, 2015. Mr. Francois is responsible for SCYNEXIS's corporate finance and accounting functions. He joined SCYNEXIS with broad capital markets experience, strong financial acumen and wide-ranging leadership capabilities. His entrepreneurial spirit and complementary skill set are invaluable at this critical time in its evolution. Before joining SCYNEXIS, Mr. Francois was a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Topi, Inc., a technology startup. Previously, Mr. Francois spent six years as a Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Lazard Ltd where he led capital raisings and advisory assignments for healthcare and biotechnology companies. He started his career at Cowen and Company in the Equity Capital Markets and Convertible Debt Groups. Mr. Francois holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration and a M.A. in Marketing from Pantheon-Sorbonne University.

Dr. Rajeshwar Motheram, Ph.D. has been Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development of SCYNEXIS, Inc. since October 1, 2015. Dr. Motheram responsible for pharmaceutical research and development, including chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) and regulatory CMC strategy for SCYNEXIS' lead clinical asset, SCY-078, in Phase 2 development for the treatment of invasive fungal infections. Dr. Motheram joined SCYNEXIS with almost 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development. Prior to joining SCYNEXIS, he held various senior positions at The Medicines Company, served as Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development. Prior to that, he held positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, DuPont Pharmaceuticals Company and Baxter Pharmaceutical Products. He is a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. Dr. Motheram has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and a Master of Science from the University of Mississippi.

Mr. David Gonzalez Angulo, M.D., has been the Chief Medical Officer at SCYNEXIS, Inc. since June 1, 2015. Mr. Angulo served as Vice President of Research & Development at Brickell Biotech, Inc. He served as Senior Director of Global Clinical Research of Stiefel Laboratories, Inc. since 2007. He is an experienced physician specializing in pharmaceutical development. He has led several successful programs in dermatology and other therapy areas in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Brickell Biotech, he served as the Head of The Clinical and Medical Departments at Stiefel. He joined Stiefel in 2006 and served as its Senior Member of the research and development executive team, where he maintained key responsibility for the clinical development programs in dermatology including prescription products, medical devices and cosmetics. Prior to Stiefel, he was responsible for several development programs in the anti-infective area at Schering-Plough Corporation from 1998 to 2006. And before that, he was an Infectious Disease Physician in a Pediatric Hospital. Dr. Angulo has an M.D. from the Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico and has Post-Graduate Degrees in Pediatrics and Infectious Diseases.

Mr. Scott Sukenick, J.D. has been General Counsel at SCYNEXIS, Inc. since November 15, 2017. Mr. Sukenick joins SCYNEXIS after over a decade addressing a diversity of legal challenges faced by innovative life sciences companies at all stages of development. He worked at Cooley LLP, where he focused on life sciences litigation and strategic intellectual property management. Prior to that, he worked at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where he primarily represented pharmaceutical and medical device companies in patent litigation. He started his career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property transactional matters. He is a registered patent attorney. He obtained a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard University.

Jeff Clark serves as the Executive Director of SCYNEXIS, Inc.. Jeff started at SCYNEXIS, Inc. in April of 2005. Jeff currently resides in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area.

David Angulo serves as the Chief Medical Officer of SCYNEXIS, Inc.. David started at SCYNEXIS, Inc. in June of 2015. David currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
