Mr. Charl A. Keyter has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sibanye Gold Limited since January 1, 2013. Mr. Keyter served as the Head of Finance for International Operations at Gold Fields Ltd. until February 2013 and served as its Commercial Manager. Mr. Dawid J. Mostert, also known as Dawie, PDM, PCM, MDP serves as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Services at Sibanye Gold Limited. Mr. Mostert has been the Vice President of Human Capital of Great Basin Gold Ltd. since March 2006. He is responsible for establishing the Human Resources Function at Great Basin Gold. He served as a Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Sibanye Gold Limited since January 1, 2013. He served as the Head of Industrial Relations, Training and Human Resource Development of Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited. He served as an Executive of Harmony Gold Mining Company since April 2002. He joined Harmony in 1997, following the acquisition of Grootvlei, where he served as the Human Resources Manager. He has approximately 16 years' experience in the mining industry, where he was responsible for training and human resource development of Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited. He served in many positions including Human Resources Manager and Manager of Acquisitions since 1998,Mine Manager of Elandsrand, Executive Training and People Development, Executive Employee Relations and Executive Human Resources and Executive New Mines. He served on the Boards of The South African Mathematics Foundation and the Mining Qualifications Authority (Mining SETA). Mr. Mostert holds a Diploma in Labour Relations (DPLR) (Advanced Labour Law) and an MBA degree from Wits University in South Africa in 2006. His qualifications also include PDM, PCM and MDP.

Mr. Hartley B. Dikgale, LL.M., serves as an Executive Vice President of Regulatory and General Counsel of Sibanye Gold Limited and served as its Vice-President. Mr. Dikgale served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Gold One International Limited since January 09, 2012. He was the General Counsel at Rand Uranium Proprietary Limited. He served as a Senior Vice President at Sibanye Gold Limited since May 2013. Mr. Dikgale served as an Executive Director of Business Development at Pamodzi Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Dikgale has 18 years of experience in corporate life with particular emphasis on commercial deals, negotiations, development of business opportunities and managing both government and regulatory bodies. Mr. Dikgale has a thorough understanding of corporate law which earned him the role of a Legal Advisor to Old Mutual, Rand Water, Sanlam, Satra (now Icasa) and Vista University. He served as Manager of legal department at Rand Water since 2001. He is a member of the Black Lawyers' Association and the Black Management Forum. After lecturing in law at Vista University in Pretoria, he joined Old Mutual as legal adviser and then moved in 1997 to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa as Senior Manager in their legal affairs department for 4 years. Mr. Dikgale serves as a Director of Kulungile Metals Group, Pamodzi Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd., Pamodzi Industrials, Pamodzi Resources (Pty) Ltd., Inyosi Coal (Pty) Ltd., Cross Border Road Transport Agency and Pamodzi Coal (Pty) Ltd. He served as a Director of Armadale Capital Plc, (known as Watermark Global Plc) from August 18, 2011 to August 1, 2013. He served as a Director of Pamodzi Gold Ltd. since April 2008. He served as a Non Executive Director of FoodCorp. (Proprietary) Limited since May 2004 He also served as a Director of Pamodzi Investment Holdings. Mr. Dikgale holds B.Iuris (Unin) and LLB (Wits). He also holds a Master of Laws degree from Vista University, as well as a Higher Diploma in Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Mr. William Taylor has been Senior Vice President of Mining - Gold Division at Sibanye Gold Limited since May 01, 2017. Mr. Taylor has been Head of Operations and Senior General Manager at Anglo American Platinum Amandelbult Complex since August 2015. He served as General Manager of Tumela Mine of Anglo Platinum Limited (now known as Anglo American Platinum Limited) until July 2015 and served as its General Manager of Union Section.

Kevin Robertson serves as Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness - Platinum Division at Sibanye Gold Limited.

Brian Smith serves as Chief Surveyor of Platinum Division at Sibanye Gold Limited. Brian Smith has 30 years of experience. Brian Smith studied NHD (Mine Survey); MSCC 1775; M.Eng MRM; and PLATO, MSAIMM.

Mr. Dawie Van Aswegen has been Senior Vice President of Technical Services for Platinum Division at Sibanye Gold Limited since November 01, 2016. Mr. Van Aswegen has been General Manager of Rustenburg Platinum Mines Limited's East Mine, which consisted of the Bathopele and Siphumelele mechanised sections and the Siphumelele conventional sections since September 2016. He served as General Manager of Bathopele Mine at Anglo American Platinum Limited from January 2012 and September 2015. He has 20 years' experience working for AAP in the Rustenburg Operations in various roles.

Mr. Pieter Hendrik Henning serves as a Senior Vice President of Finance - Gold & Uranium Division at Sibanye Gold Limited and served as its Vice President of Corporate Finance since February 2013 until August 2015.
