I wish I'd know about the lack of structure.
What's the vibe like in the Design dept at SKETCH? How many hours are you working?
Laid-back most days, but you'll have a lot of rushed last-minute projects where you'll have to put in overtime.
How's the leadership on the Design team at SKETCH?
Supervised by the Artistic Director, who doesn't have a background in Design.
