Mr. David C. Glendon, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sprague Resources GP LLC since July 2011. Since joining Sprague in June, 2003, Mr. Glendon focused on driving the execution of a customer-centric approach across all elements of the business. Since joining Sprague in June 2003, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Senior Vice President of Oil and Materials Handling, focusing on driving the execution of a customer-centric approach across all elements of the business. Prior to Sprague, he served as a Partner and Global Account Manager at Monitor Group. He founded and served as Managing Director of Monitor Equity Advisors, Monitor's business which worked with leading private capital providers in evaluating transactions and enhancing the strategic positions of their portfolio investments. He has been a Director of Sprague Resources GP LLC since July 2011. Mr. Glendon received a Bachelor's Degree cum laude in Psychology from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Gary A. Rinaldi has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Sprague Resources GP LLC since July 2011. Mr. Rinaldi served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer focusing on the reconfiguration of Sprague's internal organization, information and risk systems, as well as re-engineering Sprague's capital structure. Prior to joining Sprague, he was a Partner and Managing Director of SUN Group in Europe. He worked at Phibro Energy, a division of Salomon Inc., in various senior financial and operational management capacities for over thirteen years. He has been Director of Sprague Resources GP LLC since July 2011. Mr. Rinaldi is a Graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics Degree, with a concentration in Accounting.

Mr. Thomas F. Flaherty has been Vice President of Refined Products at Sprague Resources GP LLC since February 2014. Mr. Flaherty served as Vice President of Sales at Sprague Resources GP LLC, the General Partner of Sprague Operating Resources LLC (formerly Sprague Energy Corp.) since July 2011. He was responsible for all refined products sales and marketing activities. Mr. Flaherty served in various roles in his continuous tenure with Sprague Energy Corp., since he joined as an Account Executive in Coal Sales in July 1983, including Vice President of Commercial Sales and Vice President of Industrial Marketing. Prior to joining Sprague Energy Corp, he served at Eastern Associated Coal Corp. Mr. Flaherty received his Bachelor Degree in Management University of Massachusetts and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business, University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Steven D. Scammon has been the Chief Risk Officer of Sprague Operating Resources LLC (Sprague Resources GP LLC), the general partner of Sprague Resources LP since February 2014 and has been its Vice President of Trading & Pricing since July 2011. Mr. Scammon was responsible for refined products trading, pricing and customer service. He joined Sprague Energy Corp., as Vice President of Clean Products since December 26, 2000. He served as Senior Vice President at Consolidated Natural Gas Energy Services Co. Prior to that, he served in several positions at Louis Dreyfus Corporation including as Global Position Manager and Manager of National Accounts. Mr. Scammon received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Denison University.

Mr. Paul A. Scoff has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sprague Resources GP LLC, the General Partner of Sprague Energy Corp., of Sprague Operating Resources LLC since July 2011. Mr. Scoff served at Sprague Energy Corp., since December 1999, where he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to Sprague Energy Corp., he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Genesis Energy L.P. Prior to Genesis, Mr. Scoff served as Senior Counsel with Basis Petroleum (formerly known as Phibro Energy U.S.A. Inc., a division of Salomon Inc.). He also served as Senior Counsel at Coastal Corporation prior to Basis Petroleum. Mr. Scoff has Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1984 and Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, in Political Science and English from Washington and Jefferson College in 1981.

Mr. John W. Moore has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Sprague Resources GP LLC since July 2011. Mr. Moore served as Controller of Sprague Resources GP LLC since July 2011. Mr. Moore was responsible for financial reporting. He has 28 years of accounting experience in the energy industry. Prior to Sprague Energy Corp., he was an Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and in various senior accounting management capacities at Phibro and Valero Energy Corporation. Mr. Moore received a Bachelor Degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Roberts serves as the Managing Director - Natural Gas and Power Sales and Marketing of Sprague Energy Corp.. Mark currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Bob Blanchard serves as the Managing Director Business Development of Sprague Energy Corp.. Bob currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
