Dr. Gregory T. Baxter, also known as Greg, Ph.D., has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. since December 1, 2016. Dr. Baxter served as Director of Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. since August 15, 2012 until December 1, 2016 and served as its Member of Scientific Advisory Board since June 6, 2014 until December 1, 2016. Dr. Baxter holds Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of California.

Ms. Kathi Niffenegger, CPA, has been a Corporate Secretary of Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. since June 2013 and its Chief Financial Officer since November 1, 2013 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Niffenegger is an experienced professional with more than 30 years in accounting and finance in a wide range of industries. She held the positions of U.S. Corporate Controller for Stellar since 2012. Ms. Niffenegger has been an outside CPA since 1999. She holds a BSBA from California State University.
