Mr. Frank Joseph Krejci has been the Chief Executive Officer of STRATTEC Security Corporation since September 1, 2012 and has been its President since 2010. Mr. Krejci has been the President of Wisconsin Furniture, LLC since June 1996. He served as Chief Operating Officer of STRATTEC Security Corporation since January 1, 2010 until August 31, 2012. Hansen has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of STRATTEC Security Corp. since February 1999 and has been its Senior Vice President since October 2005 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hansen served as a Vice President of Strattec Security Corp. since 1999 and as its Corporate Controller from 1995 to 1999. He served as Controller of Schwarz Pharma from 1993 to 1995 and Corporate Controller of ASAA Inc. from 1989 to 1993.

Mr. Richard P. Messina has been Vice President of Global Sales & Access Control Products at Strattec Security Corp since August 2013. Mr. Messina served as Vice President of Access Control Products of Strattec Security Corp. since December 1, 2008 until August 2013. Mr. Messina served as Chief Engineer-Power, Closures Engineering for North America and Asia for Delphi Corporation from 2006 to November 2008 and Engineering group manager for Delphi Corporation from 2001 to 2006.

Mr. Michael J. Koss has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Koss Corporation since 1987 and its Chief Executive Officer since 1991. During the past 25 years, Mr. Koss served at Koss Corp., in a variety of senior management positions including Marketing, Operations and Corporate Development. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Koss Corp. from 1987 to January 2010. He has been the Chairman of Koss Corporation since 2015 and has been its Director since 1985. He has been an Independent Director of Strattec Security Corp. since 1995. He served as the Vice Chairman of Koss Corporation since 1998. He served as a Non Executive Director of Intelligent Energy Holdings PLC. Mr. Koss served as a Director of Milwaukee Insurance Group, Inc., since 1991 and Genius Products Inc. from September 1, 2004 to October 20, 2005.

Mr. Rolando J. Guillot has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Strattec Security Corp. since December 2016. Mr. Guillot served as Vice President of Mexican Operations of Strattec Security Corp. since September 2004 until December 2016. Mr. Guillot served as General Manager of Mexican Operations of Strattec Security Corp. from September 2003 to August 2004, Plant Manager of STRATTEC de Mexico S.A. de C.V. from January 2002 to September 2003. Mr. Guillot served in various management positions for STRATTEC de Mexico S.A. de C.V. from October 1996 to January 2002.

Al Hamdan serves as the Executive Vice President, Product Management of Strattec Security Corporation. Al started at Strattec Security Corporation in Mar of 2017. Al currently resides in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

Richard Messina serves as the Vice President - Global Sales and Access Control Products of Strattec Security Corporation. Richard started at Strattec Security Corporation in Dec of 2008. Richard currently resides in the Greater Detroit Area.
