Mr. Paul E. Abel has been the Senior Vice President of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since April 1, 2014 and its Secretary and General Counsel since June 2006. Mr. Abel served as an Assistant General Counsel of Velocita Wireless, LP, the owner and operator of a nationwide wireless data network from May 2005 to June 2006. He served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of AXS-One Inc. (formerly, Computron Software, Inc.) from 1998 to May 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Abel was an associate with the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a senior attorney with Panasonic. Mr. Abel served as Project Manager for Charles River Computers, an IT systems integrator from October 1996 to March 1997. Mr. Abel was an attorney with Matsushita Electric Corporation of America, an electronic products manufacturer, distributor from 1983 to September 1996.

Mr. Steven C. Boyd, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Operating Officer at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since October 26, 2017. Mr. Boyd served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since April 2014 until October 26, 2017. Mr. Boyd served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. from April 1, 2014 to September 27, 2015. He served as Vice President of Field Operations at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. from October 2008 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Boyd served as Vice President, Southeast and Western Area of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since March 2007. Mr. Boyd served as Managing Director of Area Operations at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since November 2003 and served as its Regional Manager, Northern California since May 1997. Mr. Boyd held various managerial positions with predecessors of the Partnership from 1986 to 1996.

Mr. Douglas T. Brinkworth has been the Senior Vice President of Product Supply, Purchasing & Logistics at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since April 1, 2014. Mr. Brinkworth served as Vice President of Product Supply at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. from May 2005 to April 01, 2014 and also served as its Vice President of Supply since May 23, 2005. Mr. Brinkworth joined the Partnership in April 1997 after a nine year career with Goldman Sachs. He served as Managing Director of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P.

Mr. Michael A. Kuglin, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since September 28, 2014. Mr. Kuglin has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. since November 2009. He served as Vice President of Finance at Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. from April 1, 2014 to September 28, 2014. He served as Vice President of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. from November 2011 to April 1, 2014. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. and served as its Controller from October 2007 to November 2011. Prior to joining the Partnership, he served several positions with Alcatel-Lucent,a global communications solutions provider Finance Director, North America Region from December 2002 to July 2007, Finance Director and Controller, Integrated Network Solutions Segment from November 2001 to December 2002, various other financial positions since 1999. Prior to Alcatel-Lucent, he held several positions with the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, served as Manager in the Assurance/Business Advisory Services practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and for the eight years.
