Mr. Mark J. Stockslager has been the Chief Financial Officer of SunLink Health Systems Inc., the Parent of Carmichael Cashway Pharmacy Inc. since July 1, 2007. Mr. Stockslager has been the Principal Accounting Officer of SunLink Health Systems Inc., since March 11, 1998. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of SunLink Health Systems Inc., from December 31, 2006 to July 1, 2007. Mr. Stockslager served as Corporate Controller of SunLink Health Systems Inc., from November 6, 1996 to June 4, 2007. He has been associated continuously with Sunlink Health Systems Inc.'s accounting and finance operations since June 1988 and has held various positions, including Manager of U.S. Accounting, from June 1993 to November 1996. From June 1982 to May 1988, Mr. Stockslager worked in Price Waterhouse & Co.

Mr. Byron D. Finn has been the President of SunLink ScriptsRx LLC, an affiliate of SunLink Health Systems Inc. since October 1, 2010. Mr. Finn served as president of Byron D. Finn, CPA, PC, which provided accounting, financial consulting and litigation support services to its clients, including numerous healthcare clients. His experience also includes various positions with The Coca-Cola Company, where he served in a number of financial-related positions and in connection with special projects and he worked in Ernst & Young. Mr. Finn has a licensed CPA and received his BA in Business Administration and Masters in Accountancy degrees from the University of Georgia.

Mr. James J. Mulligan served as Secretary of Sunlink Health Systems Inc., since 1966 and serves as its Director Emeritus. Mr. Mulligan serves as General Counsel to Sunlink Health Systems Inc. He has practiced law since 1949. He has been practicing as a member of Mulligan & Mulligan since January 2003. Prior thereto, he was a member of the law firm of Smith & Schnacke from 1953 to 1991, a member of the firm of Thompson Hine & Flory from 1989 to 1991, a member of Mulligan & Mulligan from 1992 to 2000 and a sole practitioner during 2001 and 2002.
