Mr. Bradley Saenger, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. since February 2016 and served as its Vice President of Accounting from January 2016 to February 2016. Mr. Saenger served as Director of Accounting of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. from May 2014 to December 2015. Mr. Saenger has over 10 years of experience in accounting roles at large publicly-traded companies. He served at Shire Pharmaceuticals, where he directed the Financial Planning and Analysis activities of Medical Affairs within Shire's Human Genetic Therapies segment. Prior to Shire, he worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where he oversaw and accounted for the project costs associated with Vertex's clinical-stage pipeline products. He also spent several years at Alere Inc. (formerly Inverness Medical Innovations), where he was responsible for financial reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements, internal controls and corporate accounting. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor. Mr. Saenger received his B.S. in Accounting with Honors from the University of South Africa. Mr. Saenger is also a Chess Master.

Ms. Jessica Edgar Morris has been Executive Vice President of Operations at Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. since June 8, 2016. Ms. Morris served as Executive Vice President of Administration at Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. since February 2016 until June 8, 2016 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer from October 2015 to February 2016. Ms. Morris served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. from January 8, 2016 to February 2016. Ms. Edgar served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. Ms. Edgar served as Vice President of Finance at Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp since September 2013. Ms. Edgar served as a Vice President of Mezzanine Capital at Calvert Street Capital Partners, Inc. (CSCP) and Calvert Street Mezzanine. She joined the Calvert Street Capital Partners in 2003 and assisted in managing its mezzanine capital fund. Ms. Edgar served as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Group (Media and Telecom Group) at Deutsche Bank. Ms. Edgar has also worked in the commercial finance division of Silicon Valley Bank. She holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and a B.A. degree in Music from the University of Virginia's College of the Arts and Sciences.

Dr. Gregory M. Sullivan, also known as Greg, M.D., has been the Chief Medical Officer of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. since June 3, 2014 and Secretary since March 2017. Dr. Sullivan is a physician and scientist specializing in somatic treatments of psychiatric disorders. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University (CU). Dr. Sullivan's research focuses on the neurobiology and treatment of affective and anxiety disorders and much of his work employs fully quantitative neuroreceptor mapping using positron emission tomography (PET) brain imaging technology. He is also a Research Scientist of the New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI), and he serves as a member of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of NYSPI and the CU Department of Psychiatry. His work during an NIMH Mentored Clinical Scientist Development Award (K08) has lead to several important findings on the role of the serotonin-1A receptor in both mood and anxiety disorders. In 2010, he was selected by his peers in psychiatry as one of the 2010 Best Doctors in America. He attended CU for residency training in psychiatry. After residency, he continued at CU in an NIMH-sponsored Research Training Fellowship in Affective and Anxiety Disorders. As part of fellowship training, he spent substantial time in the laboratory of Dr. Joseph LeDoux at New York University, developing translational animal models of anxiety disorders for preclinical testing of novel anxiolytic therapies. Dr. Sullivan served as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (formerly, Tonix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) since October 2010. Dr. Sullivan holds BA in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his MD from CU's College of Physicians & Surgeons.
