Mr. Sean P. Downes has been the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since February 22, 2013 and served as its and President until March 11, 2016. Mr. Downes served as the Chief Operating Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. from August 19, 2005 to February 22, 2013 and its subsidiary Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company since July 2003. Mr. Downes served as a Senior Vice President of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc., from January 2005 to February 2013. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Universal Adjusting Corporation from July 1999 to July 2003 and created Universal Adjusting Corporation's claims operation. He joined Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. in July 1999, he served as a Vice President of Dennis Downes and Associates. He has been Chairman of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since 2013 and has been its Director since January 2005. He has been a Director of Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company since July 2003.

Mr. Stephen J. Donaghy has been the Chief Operating Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since March 2016. Mr. Donaghy has been Secretary of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since February 22, 2013. Mr. Donaghy served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since February 22, 2013 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer until June 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Donaghy served as an Executive Vice President of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since October 2006 and its Chief Information Officer since November 2009. Previously, Mr. Donaghy held various executive positions at JM Family Enterprises, a top 100 Forbes private company in the United States; including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Senior Information Officer. Mr. Donaghy earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1986 with a major in Finance, a concentration in Monetary Economics and a minor in Accounting.

Mr. Jon W. Springer has been the President and Chief Risk Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since March 10, 2016. Mr. Springer served as the Chief Operating Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc., since February 22, 2013 until March 15, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President. He served as Senior Vice President of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since February 22, 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Springer served as a Executive Vice President of Universal Risk Advisors Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, from June 2006 through March 2008 and has been the Executive Vice President of Blue Atlantic Reinsurance Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since March 2008. Before joining Universal Risk Advisors Inc., Mr. Springer served as an Executive Vice President of Willis Re Inc. and was responsible for managing property and casualty operations in its Minneapolis office. He has been a Director of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since February 22, 2013. Mr. Springer earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Hamline University in 1992 with a double major in Economics and Business Management.

Ms. Kimberly Cooper has been the Chief Information Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since February 2015 and its Chief Administrative Officer since June 4, 2015. Ms. Cooper joined Universal in 2007, is responsible for the overall leadership of Universal's information technology team, including development of technology strategy and ensuring that the Company's systems, processes, infrastructure and security are optimized to support its operations and growth initiatives. Ms. Cooper served as IT Audit Director within the Internal Audit Department. Over her 15-year career, including seven years as an external auditor at a Big Four accounting firm, Ms. Cooper has gained significant experience in information technology, risk management, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency practices. As the Company's IT Audit Director, Ms. Cooper managed new application deployment and performed ongoing security and risk awareness training to improve operational efficiencies and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. Ms. Cooper supervised audit and assurance engagements for Fortune 500 clients in the financial services industry, both domestically and internationally, as part of the systems and process assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She has been a Director of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since January 19, 2017. She has been licensed as a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Security Controls (CRISC) since December of 2007. Ms. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Frank C. Wilcox has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. since October 1, 2013 and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company (UPCIC) and American Platinum Property and Casualty Insurance Company (APPCIC) since October 1, 2013. Mr. Wilcox served as Vice President of Finance at Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. from January 2011 to October 1, 2013. Prior to Universal Insurance Holdings, he served as Director of consolidation and SEC reporting at Burger King Corporation from 2006 to 2011. From 2000 to 2006, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller of BankUnited. Earlier, he served in various capacities within the financial services industry, which included an Auditor at a large public accounting firm. Mr. Wilcox was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York from 1989 to 1992.

Tom Redmond serves as the Sr. Vice President of Taxation of Universal Insurance Holdings Inc (UVE). Tom currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.
