Mr. Steven M. Hatten, also known as Steve, B.Sc., has been a Vice President of Operations at UR-Energy Inc. since May 16, 2011. Mr. Hatten served as Manager of Mining and Engineering Ur-Energy from 2007 to 2010 and as Director of Operations since 2010. He has over 20 years experience with a strong background in ISR (in-situ recovery) uranium operations as a project manager and in well field and production facility design and engineering. He previously worked for Power Resources, Inc., High Country Fabrication, Inc. and Rio Algom Mining Corporation. Mr. Hatten has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Roger L. Smith, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of UR-Energy Inc. since May 22, 2007 and May 16,2011 Respectively. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Finance IT & Administration of UR-Energy Inc., since August 2007. Mr. Smith has 25 years of mining and manufacturing experience including finance, accounting, IT, ERP and system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, audit and tax and public and private reporting in international environments. He joined Ur-Energy in May 2007 after having served as Vice President of Finance for Luzenac America, Inc., as subsidiary of Rio Tinto PLC and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Rio Tinto Minerals, a division of Rio Tinto PLC from September 2000 to May 2007. Mr. Smith also held such positions as Accounting Manager and Internal Auditor at Homestake Mining Corporation. He served as Corporate Controller of Vista Gold Corp. from December 1995 to March 1998. He served as Vice President of Finance at Ramrod Gold (USA) Inc. from May 1994 to December 1995. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Finance of Westmont Gold Inc. from July 1991 to May 1994. He also has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western State College, Gunnison, Colorado.

Ms. Penne A. Goplerud, J.D., has been a General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of UR-Energy Inc. since May 16, 2011. Ms. Goplerud served as Ur-Energy's Associate General Counsel since 2007. She joined UR-Energy Inc. in 2007 from private practice and has more than 15 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including several years practicing in natural resources and mining litigation. Her experience with the mining industry began in the early 1990's with the successful defense of a billion-dollar mining litigation in federal district court in Nevada, in which she was among lead litigation counsel. She received her J.D with Distinction fro the University of Iowa.
